I’ve had a standing desk for a while, but working from home has me seeing 400-1000 steps a day sometimes if I don’t consciously go outside. I just ordered a treadmill for under my desk and I can’t wait! It’s gonna help me get those steps in while browsing over documents. Right now, my goal is 5000 steps a day which has been difficult, and 3 30mins workouts a week (Pilates and weights) it sounds pretty pathetic but definitely aiming for consistency!!!!

@@NaeK188 ,easiest way walking to get those 10k steps is walking and playing with a dog. your own or borrow one from the humane society for a lunch stroll. this burns twice much fat as it lowers your stress cortisol.and Zone 2. trust me it is fact.

Sometimes, I am exhausted from being a wife and mother (don't even mention the pets.) My Apple Watch often records exercise minutes just from doing housework, gardening etc. O.o
