One suggestion, later on as you expand, shift both the kitchen and the bar centerish so your waitresses don't have to walk much and you can still serve all corners of the tavern. This is more mid-game kinda thing, but something to plan/think ahead.

The secret when selecting bartender is who takes the least time to serve as they basically just serve behind the counter. You should have chosen the one which had the least time which was 0.75 seconds per drink :)

You can level up their speed and early doors you want more customers 😊👍

@@KnowitallGaming well, its perfect start? :P also you can re-skill all of your staff like the cook you can make him go faster and get max desert tips, open the assign points menu and at the top right corner you see "Points remaining" hit that recycle button and you get all the points back ;)
