My daily routine that helped me get glowing, spotless skin in a short amount of time: - Start with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach. - Cleanse face with besan powder and rose water pack, then pat dry. - Apply litttllextra rice berry vitamin c face serum for a glowing complexion and hydration. - In the evening, apply milk and turmeric mix on face, then wash off and apply toner and aloe vera gel. - Eat greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, and work out 4-5 times a week or do yoga.

+Liah Yoo Seeing as though you mentioned so many different acids in this video (and retinol too), I think it'd be super useful if you did a video about the most effective 'wait times'. Like where exactly to use AHA/BHA/Vit C/Retinol in your routine, whether to use ph balancing toners/how long to wait after cleansing before applying exfoliants, and how many minutes to wait till you can apply toners/serums/essences on top (or if you're meant to start with toners/serums/essences first, then use exfoliants). Lol, sorry for the long comment, but there are definitely lots of effective ingredients out there. I'm just worried I'm (and other people out there too) not getting the full effect of products b/c I'm not layering/using effective wait 'wait times' properly.

I used Mederma Advanced scar gel and my acne scars (which are really bad) are slowly going away. I've been using it for a bit less then 2 weeks and my skin has never looked so good. I also use this ointment called Alantan (you can buy off EBay) it helps with irritation and it really helped my scars too. I combine the two products. I absolutely love it. I tried bio oil; didn't work for me at all. Not even a bit. It made my skin feel really nice (so don't get out off as it's only my skin). Also I recommend buying both off eBay since it's a bit cheaper. Good luck ❤❤

Please note that if you use both Niacinamide (Vit B3) and L-Ascorbic Acid (Vit 3) in the same routine, you should wait 30mins between each use. This is because when used together, with no time in between, it renders both of them useless - and in the presence of UV, can be pro-oxidative (which can damage cells and tissues).

I started recommending these videos to my mom since she is Korean and you are one of the few with Korean subtitles and she is honestly so amazed and excited to try out the products you recommended. Thank you so much!! I look forward to all your future videos! (She also said that your make up looks amazing haha)

Okay, you've officially got a new subscriber! I have horrible acne scars that just won't go away, and every time I have my period, I break out really bad and it's just a constant horrible cycle of new acne and acne scars every month. Will definitely be trying some of your suggestions. I cleanse every day, but didn't moisturize daily because I have pretty oily skin and I thought moisturizer would make it worse. Since finding your channel, I've started moisturizing daily and after only a week, I can tell it's helping and my acne is starting to get slightly better.

I just want to point out that Klairs' vitamin C serum is actually an exception. It does come in a clear dropper bottle, but it is stabilized. I had mine for about 6 months before it went yellow and bad, and it really worked on my hyperpigmentation scars 😊 Great video, I learned about some new ingredients 😊

Hi Diana, I also used that but the Ascorbyl Palmitate inside the product kind of scared me since it's like sunny all the time here. Please read about that ingredients in pubchem (since it sumarised the effect of ascorbyl palmitate).

My skin started to heal after I started eating fruits in morning and water all day long...i avoided ramen noodles, oily food and ate only heathy food , my whole day routine was to eat watermelon on morning banana in afternoon and apples bananas grapes during evening and i would just drink water... I used a mild gentle cleanser and a nadoxin ointment my dermatologist suggested me. And yeah i also use a face pack i make it at home... You need chickpea powder, turmeric and milk I stay away from sun. Don't use too much your skin can't tolerate all that oilserum water serum essence moisturizer etc etc...too much just way too much.. But since I can't control myself from eating ramen cause it's just life...so i eat it one time a week...and after that i don't eat the whole day just water...cause I'm really sensitive can't take risk!! I think fasting a bit is also really good for skin..if your digestive system is happy your skin will glow!! So I think food is the main thing you need to focus on for a good skin.

as a doctor i totally recommend everyone to watch your videos about acne 😍😍😍 all these ingredients do clear acne n scars vitamin C intake is specifically good for healing n brightening the skin i recommend oral intake too u can take tablets of vitamin C , u will notice the benefit in a week or two . Edit : my personal experience:: topical use of vitamin E and A also reduces inflamation and scaring . Plus with vitamin E u will notice decrease in wrinkles but again i would recommend go to a dermatologist get a clear knowledge about ur skin type cx one thing that works for me or u may be doeanot work for others 😊😆

I figured out a way to help stop or reduce the pealing with the ordinary niacinamide 14 and zinc 1. When you put on the product, dont wipe but tap instead. Then leave it for a good few minutes until it has mostly absorbed. Then apply your cream by tapping into the skin. Then again leave it for a bit. Then your suncream and makeup last. Hope this helps 😊

It suddenly stopped when I was around 26, now I only have some small hormonal acne but I still have hyperpigmentation from the years I had acne (not too aggressive but they are still there) I am now trying the ordinary hyperpigmentation regimen. And oh yeah, their niacinamide is amazing, I've never seen anything controling my sebum that much

Ronita, honestly the Nuva Ring birth control is what got rid of mine. I saw a dermatologist, tried retinols and pills, expensive creams, etc. and even tho it would clear my acne, I still would get breakouts. I use the Clinique skincare line for acne now to deep cleanse at night but honestly I only get a tiny pimple here and there now. Totally hormonal in my case.

My biggest problem is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.. I do everything I can, I've done so much research but nothing seems to really help. I use a gentle cleanser, a moisturiser with BHAs - niacinamide - linoleic acid, benzoyl peroxide topical treatment for new breakouts, SPF 50 on a daily basis, rose oil with vitamin C (as a night moisturiser), I exfoliate & use a mask with white clay - tea tree oil - salicylic acid - panthenol twice a week, and I still get spots! It's so frustrating! I have been following this skincare routine religiously for more than a year and I see very little results. My dermatologist said it's because I am a brunette and produce more melanin, but since I have very fair skin every little spot shows so much on my skin. Every pimple I get leaves me a mark for months. I am in despair, I don't know what to do.. Derma roller maybe? Vitamin A cream topically? I really don't wanna do laser treatments since my skin is very sensitive and slow healing. I don't mind getting a few breakouts (I have hormonal imbalancement), but the spots stay for so long that they accumulate and my whole face is covered with hyperpigmentation. Sorry for the long comment

I'm not entirely sure, but I think you're using too many actives in a single routine! LESS is MORE Watch this for more information:") kzbin.info/www/bejne/eamoomCLrqiLd68 And if you have trouble with these actives penetrating into your skin, try Liah's product, Kale-luya 2-3 a week:) Or I suggest acid toning with an aha/bha toner that only contains a low concentration for daily use and followed by a minimalist skin routine focusing only on hydration & then moisturizing to seal it in. This has helped my skin so much!!

This acne guide *AcneCureOnline. Com* was very informative and helpful. I often go through gentle adult acne and this guide discusses all the possible solutions for mild to severe acne whether natural procedures or otherwise. I prefer the natural way of treating them and I found out on this guide the treatments that work efficiently.

Please correct if inaccurate but during my teens I did some research into hydroquinone for a project and had to do some field research. So after getting insight from some drug store dermatologists, pharmacists, literature review and individuals I learned that it's actually one of the highly toxic ingredients and is used in a lot of bleaching creams. Some countries have banned products containing hydroquinone, but in rare cases they may be sold over the counter with a different IUPAC name, such as benzene-1,4-diol or quinol . Like in the UK it has been removed from cosmetics and illegal unless prescribed by a qualified medical professional and dermatologist to treat specific skin conditions (has to be under 2% concentration). So I'm surprised you have mentioned it. So my question is: -In what ways would you recommend it's usage? As in if necessary is it better to use it just on certain areas on all over the face? - How long should products containing hydroquinone be used for when treating scars? - What skincare ingredients are safe/unsafe to use with hydroquinone? Sorry for rambling on...but I'm genuinely curious 😊
