1) Replace your narrow shoes with a shoe that is wide and has a big toe box.
2) Use a toe spreader for 20-30min a day to align all the metatarsal bones on the same level
3) Do the big toe calf raise with concentration on your big toe in retracted state without using your sesamoid bone.
4) In extreme cases, you need to visit your local foot spa to get rid of the callus built up on your sesamoid area.
