Two of my fav dudes here. Love Shawn’s passion about public health especially children’s health. I appreciate him bringing up glyphosate too. It really feels like Shawn and presidential candidate RFK Jr need to connect. RFK Jr was at the helm of litigating against Monsanto and is a champion for public & children’s health

01:12:00 Wow! The statement that fat could be a safety strategy resonated with me. I've been living a healthy lifestyle for over 15 year, yet always had a higher body fat percentage. I started Traumatherapie a year ago and my Body is shedding so much fat without me even trying anything. I don't have any science or research to back this up.. but my Intuition is telling me that I'm finally letting go of the Trauma mentally and physically.

I get up at four in the morning work until five then go to the gym and home at seven when I eat and then I try to get to bed by nine which is not quite two hours that I stop eating before bed unless I want to stay up until 10 but then I don’t get enough sleep.
