Amazing information!! Can’t wait to add this microbe to my diet. I am so happy there are folks like you on here sharing the good news on health and wellness. I do wish this wasn’t a problem in the first place. It all comes back to why are these things happening in the first place. Why are children suffering from fatty liver disease? Why is everyone fat? Why is the food so easily available to us, not actual food. Why do we have homes with 2 stressed parents who both have to work? I have to work 30 hours a week, homeschool 4 of my kids, have athletes, and loads of other things that make eating whole food, sleeping long enough, and not being super stressed all the time near impossible. Mainly the fact that my husband and I are making more money than ever, yet are struggling to pay our bills on time keep a roof and food on the table. Add to that when we “woke up” to the way of the world 4 years ago, it was easier to find good, whole food. It seems to be getting harder and harder. These informational podcasts help a lot. Starting to add a workout program to my lifestyle, hoping it will help my mind and body. I’ve had a hard time losing weight since my son was born 19 months ago. It’s harder this time around. Which means I have to fight harder. I don’t want to be a fat, sick parent to my 8 kids. Thank you Shawn!

Not everything is food related. Food availability is a blessing. Keep in mind in the past people were dying because of starvation

Where would one purchase the microbes Dr Davis mentioned, especially the special cocktail he formulated for the over 50 ladies?? I checked his website and didn’t see anything there.

Some good info, and great amazing things happening on this podcast as a whole. I found this episode to get a little extreme leaning, which makes action points for people to walk away with either too much or unsustainable. Also when someone is selling a product, there may be benefits, but being bias cant be ruled out. I had so many questions for what seemed like sweeping generalizations about the history of wheat and the role of "diet and exercise." Genetics for one surely has some kind of role in wheat digestability. In the case of ancient wheat, theres no way to know that is how everyone was affected. So many factors go into health, good health, poor health, health declining and health improving. Some of what was talked about may affect some people the way discussed but again talking about things in their most extreme observed cases can have a fear provoking effect which is very unhelpful for making positive changes.

Shawn, I have been working hard to increase my daily protein. 2 weeks ago I got laid off from a decent paying job. I mostly only consume organic food. I love the protein I get from organic Greek yogurt but it’s $7+ a container where I am. Question, should I only eat Greek yogurt if it’s organic or is the protein intake better. Due to costs non organic Greek is half the price. I’m struggling. I have 3 little kiddos (4 and under). I’m not even 4 months postpartum. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Really not impressed with this guy. Not a critical thinker or someone who really organizes their thoughts well. This commentary isn't addressing this video (I haven't watched it through yet) but his other discussions. He's contradicted himself on multiple occasions and doesn't answer to critiques of some of his wild claims he's made over the years. He has interesting ideas with his programs and some good general health advice, however much of the former he inflates as being more important or persuasive than it actually is
