When you mentioned that you recruit the candidates first, I wanted to scream because I kept telling myself that I needed to get the customers FIRST then recruit the candidates. Two things...are you really looking to get past the gatekeepers or are you looking to make them a part of your strategy? Second, are you cold calling or warm calling? Hello I’m just getting to see your videos, I’ve been thinking about starting my staffing business for a few years. I am currently working on a business plan to submit for funding i am so excited. I’m a single mom of six, well five now one of my daughters passed away at the end of 2017 and i was in a sort of blurry space for a couple years. The my first nephew was shot and killed on a park... his birthday is today. But i vowed to not let anything but death stop me from that point on. Thank you! To answer your question...both are fine. With a Franchise you will spend more money to get started but you have a system already in place. You must follow the rules of that franchise though. When you start your own, you create the rules and the costs will depend on your preferences. Wishing you much success!!!
