Hey, any books you’d recommend for recruitment consultancy?

None specifically around being a recruitment consultant, but I can recommend some that will help with things like your mindset and your approach to work that have really helped me. I would definitely read 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People' by Stephen Covey - brilliant book. Also 'The 10x Rule' by Grant Cardone - I'm reading it at the moment and it's great, wish I'd read it sooner!

looks like your channel is growing. just an idea.. put a little background music in your videos. the content is great.. looking at becoming a recruiter myself in the agriculture sector. just trying to get as much information as possable before taking the leap into recruitment. love the videos

It is definitely growing! I love that idea of adding music, I'll keep that in mind for next months content. I've never done it before but I'm sure there will be a way to do it on my editing software. Well done for doing your research first, it will help you decide whether it's the right field for you to work in. But one thing I will say is sometimes you've just got to go for it...you'll never know unless you try! I'm not sure where you're based, but I know a recruitment company that work in the agricultural sector. Feel free to email me and I can put you in touch with them.
