Stain removal tip: I treat any oil based stains (and even makeup - esp. foundation) with Dawn power wash and oxyclean. Works like a charm everytime ❤

I think around 2 or 3 years ago I saw this youtube video of a girl talking about how useful it is to create a color palette for your closet. Basically sticking to a color palette makes it easier to mix and match your clothes, and thus you get more use of all your items.

Stains: try water, then try oil Water is polar Oil is not polar They bind different substances If this doesn’t work, other solutions can be used, BUT something more aggressive like Acetone may also bind the color

To get stains out of my clothes, I like to use the Oxiclean Maxforce Clothes stain remover! It literally works magic. It takes orange stains out of white clothes completely. It’s one of my saviors, along with bleach lol. And it’s only $5 at target

Cleaning tip for clothes with Candle Wax stains: - Use a knife to scrape off most of it - pour boiling milk through the stain a couple of times.

Stain tip- get OxiClean MaxForce Laundry Stain Remover Spray and use a tooth brush in circular motion to remove the stain- it’s magical, learned the tip from a store manager, she removed makeup stains from the only white dress in 10 secs. That was magical!

ok but how do you know what to look for? in terms of seasonal clothes and kind of clothes in general. one of my problems regarding putting on an outfit is what style am I going for today? where do you begin to find something affordable but also good enough to last long? sometimes different fabrics are more expensive because they are better (which I agree with) but not everyone has the money for it. for expensive fabrics, try thrifting (always read the fabric composition!)
