Ok ya'll.. I commented on this video 8 months ago. I was going through s hard break up. I lost myself completely. I was watching break up videos and motivating videos everyday. I actually ended up finding my new boyfriend during these 8 months and starting my first year of college. Im a lot happier than I have ever been. So 8 months later... im here to tell you all that it gets better!! Focus on you and your goals and girl you got this!!! Im thankful for videos like this one. Edit: I should have mentioned that my boyfriend now treats me amazing, and I have definitely found my future husband. Keep your chin up, and think positive. I know its easier said then done, but I didnt find my boyfriend and my happiness over night. I decided to start to make productive goals for myself (like attend college) and sort out my mental health issues. This is when I started to see progress in my life, and I became happy with myself and started to love myself. Thats when I found my boyfriend. He showed me that I am an amazing person, with a purpose. I encourage you all to put YOU first, and let god do the rest

@@oeu3669 I just updated my comment with some helpful advice and what I did. Simply, I decided to put me first. Its so simple, yet a lot f us find it so hard to do. But trust me, its worth it in the end. Once I put myself first and found who I wanted to be, I was connected with a like minded person that I needed in this moment of my life. To give you some insight, I used to be very suicidal and after some really toxic behaviour over years. As well as toxic relationships. Once I decided it was time to take care of myself, god and the universe gave me what I always wanted. It takes time, but just hang in there and remember you are the most important person in your life, everyone else is second.

If she died maybe I would've died too I can't imagine how devastating that would've been. Maybe if someone dumped me and cheated on me that I would live up to the pain of death but my ex has always been very respectful and trustworthy and full of kindness. I will always have good memories of her. I just hope so bad that I don't compare my future girlfriend(s) to her too much if they do actually lie or say hateful things. I had such a deep, loving connection with her over a year and three months that honestly sounds stronger than my parent's relationship for like 25 years or so. I wish her the best :(

in case anyone is still commenting here: i commented on this video two months ago and i was at the lowest point of my life. i struggled with suicidal thoughts and didn’t get out of bed for three weeks. what made everything worse was seeing my ex already experiment with other girls and post about how great her life was after completely abandoning me. i want everyone to know it gets better. time truly does heal, i’m finally feeling like myself again and it’s the most liberating feeling in the world. my biggest piece of advice is to start doing activities that you did before you met your ex. or hangout with friends you stopped hanging out with. you’ll remember day by day who you are and begin to realize YOU are the biggest comfort you can have, not your ex. you MUST detach to heal. i’m sending so much love to anyone going through this

No I didn't go back. I started working on myself and realized that I used to give more to others than I did to myself. I started loving myself more, appreciating myself, manifesting positive things in my life and honestly speaking a lot changed. I used to miss him but this time I had to stand on business I never called or texted him. I decided to go in a no contact mood. After a few months, that's like 7 months he reached out to me begging me that we should give it a try, at that time I had lost all the feelings. I used to ignore the calls and texts, until one day I became honest with him because he was a manipulator and I told him all is done I have moved on, no feelings so stop calling and texting me, nothing will change. I told him he had a hundred chances but he wrecked them up. He should accept it has happened and move on too. Now I realized it's starting to hit him that "nice girl" he once was using has gotten some sense. He continued disturbing me until he got tired I didn't want to block his number because personally I felt that is not a step I should take in order for me to heal I just deleted it but never blocked it. I was so over him in less than 7 months this was after evaluating and weighing the good and the wrong he ever did me. It turned out the wrong were more I couldn't allow him in my life. Again I gave a try to another relationship and honestly speaking it's the best I have ever had. This man treats me as his first priority something I have never experienced before. He does what a man is supposed to do for his woman without me having to ask. He proposed to me. He was the first man to celebrate my birthday, he took me to his mum, introduced me to his whole family as the wife. His sister on a daily basis they call me to check up on me. Whenever I go to his workplace he always shows me off to his coworkers introducing me to them like "met my beautiful wife". I'm loved and it feels like heaven. He has been inspiring me to be a better woman every now and then he gives me ideas on how to make my own extra money, and goes to the extent of giving me capital to start my own business. He makes sure my nails, hair is done, dates planned. He's there emotionally, physically anytime I need hi. He takes me to his church every Sunday. He makes sure if there are things disturbing me he's there to listen and we always figure out, he knows how to deal with insecurities. I found what I have been missing he's just a green flag. All I pray is that whatever is happening let it not end in tears and hurt.

After the breakup, I feel so lonely and I think that is what has been so difficult. I don't really have anyone to talk to and it's eating me up inside. Sometimes I just want to talk about my day to someone or just have a meaningful conversation. I get nervous reaching out to people. Instead, I reach out to God. God's words calm my nerves. Praying to God reliefs my mind and body. I am using this time to discover my faith, my trust in God. Sometimes, I have to remind myself this is a new beginning for myself and self-discoveries. A redemption. I will trust God's way because I know whether I see it as good or bad. God does not give me anything I can not handle. I will always get through it. God measures my strength. At least that's what I thought... When later on, little did I know... God's intent is to build up my strength. I am still in the process, but if I continue to trust God's way I will surely reach my fullest potential he has set out for me. I may feel empty and alone now. One thing I know for sure is God has a plan for all of us, he has a plan for me and He will always be with me.

Someone can deceive you with words. But when you see their obedience to the Lord that matches their words, then you know they are trustworthy. They need to be visibly producing the fruits of the Spirit because this is a mark of a true Christian. Anyone can claim to be a Christian. And we can’t know someone’s heart. So the Bible says we are to evaluate people by their actions. Christians will not be perfect, but they will be bearing fruit that is evidence of their true salvation. Galatians 5:22-26 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. In the meantime have been trying to heal inside, even from past hurt. I need to stop looking outside of me for comfort and fulfillment. That's on me and no one else. Meditation, therapy, self-help books... I'm learning to love myself for the first time. It's not easy, but I'm trying.

@@ezelsenar663 I'm sorry to hear that. I know it hurts, trust me. The hurt and the alone is so uncomfortable. I'm trying to get comfortable with it so that I can process it, accept it, and wholeheartedly let it go--not carry it with me for years at a time. Oddly enough, this breakup out things in perspective for me. He's not a bad guy, I know there was love there and I don't hate him by any means. We just weren't on the same page for as much as we wanted to be. Time doesn't stop so no time like the present to work on yourself. I'm really trying to stop/change old patterns/behavior.
