9 Best exercises for gluteus medius aka. the "side booty''.
I have categorised the exercises into two different categories:
- Challenges the muscle in stretched position
- Challenges the muscle in contracted position
I recommend choosing one or two exercises from both categories and implementing these as a part of your leg/glute routine. Happy training ❤️
