wow these are great! I've been wanting to grow my side booty actually lol. As a guy, I've been doing a lot of glute exercises, but the main part of my glutes that grow are my inner glutes, if that makes sense. I know ladies check out guy's booty's too, so I'm trying to make them booty gainz! thanks for the video. #hipthrust4life lol

How long is the rest from one set to another set?

Heavier and more "taxing" exercises (like squats) I usually have a 3minutes rest between the sets and less "taxing" exercises (like cable hip abduction) I have 1minute rest between.
