Yeah, responsive youtubers are good. But on a different topic: I'll be brutally honest, the YT-Guidelines and the Repoirt-System are broken as much as can be. If the report-system does not even delete intense stuff like literal Porn-Channel, that's just Insanity; let alone all the less intense stuff. Using Lesbians for Profit is also totally ok for KZbin, which is honestly disgusting. It literally hurts society to objectify woman but mainly lesbians this much. Its impressive. Not to mention comments, since this month, have gotten a whole new wave of censorship; you may not allowed to comment anything sometimes. ...All that... Thats why i actually just created my own Wiki, the Link Project Wiki, so i can share Links/URL's of confirmed Evil-doers and people who are toxic in one way or another. Literally one way or another. Basically Karens, Racists, Sexists, Bullies, and a lot of other stuff. As well as combinations of the listed... I created a Wiki and feel free to visit it and do what your brain tells you to do with Links that directly lead to people that should be reported. Do what you have to do. Maybe you think this Comment is a bit random, maybe even spam, ok, i understand that, but you need to get the gist: I try to make yt a better place, cause its sooo broken. If youre interested in what i do, tell me. Sorry for the long comment.

I started youtube in February.... I'm on the verge of 5 thousand subs currently. I can't tell you how helpful your vids have been. The biggest thing for me was finding something in a saturated niche that I can actually unique in, and I've become one of the biggest authorities on it. It's gaming so the CPM is low.... But I've learned so much in the last five months. I'm thinking of starting another channel with more rewarding value for the effort. But Roberto, out of all the youtube experts out there, your material has always resonated best with me 👊

A topic to cover, "How To Re-brand A KZbin Channel" I manage another KZbin channel, J Sparkle, and we reached a creative funk with the channel. We started with no real intention as J Sparkle loves the limelight and my hobby is video creating so it was fun and games for the first +100 videos until it wasn't. Her a creative and me a creator we decided to take her channel in a different direction. The direction we chose is not something we've really seen on other channels so I'm a bit stuck with finding a way to market her channel without being deceiving. They're gamer like videos with different programs that people usually search for as tutorials. It was tricky getting the right kind of tags... I documented my process in taking down all the videos, uploading the new videos, changing the banner and profile pic, everything, and if there's anything else I wouldn't know what...What I do know, is that creatively, we have a new found excitement for her channel.

Stagnant growth is What Scott Timson Former UK Sports head stated that when an organisation become complacent with their growth, does not research the competition and understand the changes in the environment are 3 of the main phases for a downfall of an organisation, He then talks about Motorola and Myspace as examples and how it can be prevented and utilises British Cycling as an example (not sure if that was a good example or not).

I've been watching off and on for a while, but I have to say that this video and the one after this about getting your 4K hours are probably the 2 best videos you've put out - at least that I've seen. You seem a bit more down to earth, more relaxed? I'm not sure, but I like it! Great information, as always.

Watching this again to get your message clear! Definitely, people need to always keep the viewer in mind instead of doing boring content that is just for the person's own ego (such as, "my vacation," "my trip down the street," "my dog," etc.). Thanks for a great year in youtube land!
