Also important reminder is one's productivity is not equal to others productivity - don't compare each others, we all have different life, goals and experience, just try to observe others, their tips(like in this video), try for yourself and without judging yourself. One step at the time :)

HI TO EVERYONE WHO COULDN'T KEEP THEIR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION: IT'S COMPLETELY FINE! You know new years is just like very other day, depression doesnt go away just because it's new years, stress and anxiety doesn't go away just because it's new years :) But but but, in that regard, every other day can be like the first day of a new year too! Which is just a fancy way of saying starting any day is fine. It's never too late. Even if as you read this you think 'i can't ill have to do it tmr', so be it. starting tomorrow is better than starting next month, and starting next month is better than starting next year. I find that what helps (I'm autistic but adhd and autism kind of overlap a lot in symptoms and such) is turning that "focus" into a central and small part of something you want to accomplish. For neurotypicals cleaning, say, the bathroom, is one thing, but for us it isn't! So it's ok to divide one big task into smaller ones, so instead of cleaning the whole bathroom, you can focus on your sink: put inside the cabinets the things you don't use much, and clean the mirror. If you get distracted that's ok too, just remember that for now the center of your attention is the sink, you can walk around the house and look at your phone, but the sink is the goal. There's nothing wrong in taking longer to do things, everyone has their own pace and we shouldn't strive to please the impossible goals neurotypicals find easy, we can instead focus on ourselves and be kind and attentive to our needs :^)

Spreading a positive message, recommending reading and kindness instead of highlighters and lip fillers. What a breath of fresh air to hear complete sentences instead of "like, and I feel like, coz it's just like, like it's crazy, like it's amazing, OMG, like so cool, I'm really like..." If you know what I mean. You go girl. Cheers from Portugal.

I was writing down in a notebook questions I'd ask myself on why I do or think a certain way that isn't necessarily positive. I even drew out simple pictures to represent different aspects of my life and then write down the things I could do better for each category, from my finances to my fitness and work life. I am feeling really down now about where I am in many aspects because I wasn't managing myself well enough to not be broke a week before my paycheck comes out and a pile of laundry not washed sitting on my washer. Since starting my new job, I haven't really done much meditation and I noticed a drop in my mental health, emotional well-being and productivity/efficiency at work. This is when I constantly have to remind myself that I can always change my situation and poor habits/behaviours. I appreciate that this video is reminding me to do the little things I forget to do, and I love how your voice is so soft, soothing and heart warming even though I'm feeling really sad now.

I've always wanted to be very organized and clean, seeing a clean room and space really helps my mind want to do stuff, want to clean more and organize more and do better. But it does get pretty hard because where I live for college, is a very small, very old apartment. Even if you clean it very well, it still looks dirty, there's no sunlight, it gets depressing at times and makes me lose my motivation easily and start making me not care about my surroundings and little details, which eventually makes the apartment a whole mess. I also have a roommate, so it is a bit harder because of that too.
