Great video! Thanks! I've dabbled in sprouting a little in the past but I'm pretty serious about making these a regular part of my diet now. Your video and tips should help me mass produce better. I've been trying to produce 5-6 jars at a time, with staggered start times and trying to keep a steady supply in my diet.

Wow🤩, I was amazed on how you do your sprouting. I was just looking how to do it with mung bean since I have a bag in the pantry. I got stuck watching your video and watched the other more. You have a very calm voice and I ended up subscribing and will follow more of your sprouting techniques. I guess I will have to buy sprouting trays now. With these inflation going on. I noticed you using the vinegar to sanitize the alfallfa seeds, thought this to be great information! I am relatively new to sprouting different seeds and beans. Would you do the vinegar rinse when sprouting other seeds and beans, such as mung and chick peas? Thank you 😊

Some seeds are more mucilaginous when exposed to moisture and those are the ones that I would sterilise. I don’t think either mung bean or chick peas warrant that extra step.

vinegar and natron in combination do the trick. you can do this to most veggies aswell to reduce the levels of contamination inside and outside of them. soak for 10-20min.

That was an interesting comparison, I think they looked fantastic in the jar but easier just to spray on the tray, They looked bigger in the jar, do you think you yield the same amount of Alfalfa sprouts in either method of growing? excellent video Marie
