Always a pleasure, Mary! How wonderful that your orchids have adjusted to your space-that’s an accomplishment in itself. Have a great week too and thanks for watching! 💚

Hello, great video, I grow mostly indoors in my Milsbo cabinet and bathroom windowsill and sunny tabletops, all types, learning, only 3 years of growing. Lost a few due to learning curves, always something new to learn, love growing indoors, have a few outdoors in a makeshift area with shade cloth more of a abor area. Ty for sharing more tips.

Thank you so much for watching! I’ve had many orchid funerals here-just rephrase and call it an experiment. 😉 I’ve learned more from my mistakes that’s for sure! All the best to you and your orchid collection 💚

appreciate you pointing out how much harder growing indoors can be. But not really. Just takes a bit of trial and error. I grow 44 different varieties of cattleya indoors under grow lights. Some have never bloomed admittedly lol I am still a newbie on some. But I've gotten many to flower, they actually really appreciate the steady environment I provide compared to the fluctuating weather here on my windowsills. My proudest achievement includes getting vanda's to flower indoors but that I will admit is more tricky and has been more flukes than successes. But my cattleya schilleriana's have bloomed great indoors. They flower in spring with the increase in light hours. I'm hoping one day I will get them to flower in autumn too which is the ultimate achievement I think. It's unclear if they are meant to flower in autumn in nature, if it is only the strongest plants that do it or if it is due to importing and shipping these plants across the globe confusing their blooming season.

Thank you always for your wonderful insight and encouragement, Tom! It’s much appreciated. I’m in awe of your ability to get Vandas to bloom indoors! Cattleya schilleriana is a wildcard in our growing environment-they bloom at different times of the year. It’s hard to catch a pattern, but it seems we have summer and autumn bloomers. All the best to you and your orchid collection. Thank you so much for watching!
