I think the reason this works for *some* people (not all) is because plenty of people already have natural light waves in their hair that they might never even know about not everyone can achieve the wavy texture theyd like without a perm, product, or other hair curling options that go against your natural hair shape it's pretty rare to see people with pin-point straight hair though (at least where I am) (( correct me if I'm wrong, I totally could be!

how do you work with hair that has 3 different lengths? i did a buzz cut almost 6 months ago?? dont really remember. either way. the hair on top, sides and back is long but the area between the top and sides where barbers usually do equalizing layers to blend the top and sides is shorter for me. currently my hair is 2.5-3 inches long and lightly wavy. aiming for a Jason Momoa shoulder length style.

I'm growing my hair out but it looks flat and shapeless, and my face looks more round. I think the front strands of my hair are too long compared to the middle section and back. The way my hair falls also makes my face look more like an egg. Hair grows at different rates from person to person just make sure to know if your hair is fine or thick and coarse to not get it completely flat when long enough, If you have wavy thick hair you would ((probably)) need to layer it so it doesn't look flat when it's long.
