Very informative. I don't see on the Bootstrap link the tall tray you use to cover the pak choi during blackout. Where did you get those? How tall are they? No holes I assume. Thank you for creating this video.

Great content. What’s the flavor like, strong brassica flavo like broccoli? I grow for my health about 3 trays a week of radish, broccoli, and pea. I’ve tried kale and red cabbage as well.

I think they taste like broccoli a little, but without the broccoli aftertaste.
