We're still adding nutrients via hydroponic nutrients in the water so that they are receiving the nutrients they need to grow. We aren't nutritionists, and don't specialize in that particular field, plus testing can get expense to get the actual contents of a plant. However this is the gist of what people say via google and research that others have conducted: "The nutritional value of hydroponically grown vegetables compared to those grown in soil varies. Hydroponic plants can be as nutritious or even more so than soil-grown plants, depending on how well the nutrient solutions are optimized. Additionally, hydroponic farming often uses fewer pesticides and requires less water, which can contribute to the overall quality of the produce. However, the exact nutritional content largely depends on the specific practices and conditions of each hydroponic system." Really its best to do your own research on this topic, as there is A LOT out there.
