Great video, thank you, this is what I need ! I've been practicing yoga a lot in the last months, and handstand is a difficult practice, so it makes sense to get knowledge form the world of gymnasts.

Thanks for the video, I'm beginning my 90 degree pushup journey. Working on pushing strength at home since i halted gym for studying. Edit: 4 weeks later: i can handstand hold 5 sec constantly. Edit2: 6.5 weeks later from start i can hold 10 sec consistently soon working the negative hspu, also elevated pike push ups are getting easier. Edit3: I'm getting closer almost did a bent arm tuck planche to a full handstand position last night strength is increasing.

You are loosing a lot of traffic. Don't just tell people to find videos on your channel, link them! You can still add a comment to each video with the links to the videos discussed, maybe pay someone to do it and prepare the links for you.

I'm on a level 5 sec hand stand and 15-20 sec hand stand on parallets but I can see I progress much quicker on parallets than on hands didn't know why but you video give me some ideas what to add to my HS training. Thanks a lot 💪💪

3:55 - 4:07 What is the reasoning behind elevated scapula vs. a weightlifter's overhead press technique of keeping scapula minimally elevated, in terms of shoulder mechanics?

I can do a 90 second handstand on parallets. I've never video recorded myself . I guess I need to see myself. I can rotate my shoulders around and do extension shoulders . But usually I just relax and find a comfortable position . Nobody ever watches me or cares how I look. I can probably do 200 steps walking around. It's fun to do.

I need some advice. I'm working my way through progressions on hand stand push ups I'm almost there, but since last month I notices that when I do them later I feel some tingling on my knee (I checked carefully and it only happens after I do this exercise). I checked my form by recording me but it looks fine. Any thoughts!?

Hello, Can yoga fix bad posture? Is yoga same as stretching only breathing techniques are different? Is yoga combination of mobility and stretching or do i have to make a separate mobility routine?(yoga for stretching and mobility routine for mobility) And if i have bad posture then i should focus on mobility or on stretching most(i am bad at both)or should focus on both?
@GymnasticsMethod3 жыл бұрын
You can fix bad posture many way, there are several exercises in calishtenics as well, such as deep back exercises on your front, face pull, inverted rows etc.

My mobility is perfect and strength as well I could do 6-8 handstand push up on the wall and 135+sec hanstand on the wall with perfect form but the only problem is that balancing: I could only do like 3-5sec without the wall and I'm stuck in here, any advice for me to follow thru sir?
@GymnasticsMethod3 жыл бұрын
It takes a lot of practice! You should practice the balancing exercises, and be patient!

This honestly looks like way too much of work to even attempt the handstand. Yes I agree there are preparation to do such as line work , shoulder mobility etc. Honestly that can be worked on concurrently with practising the handstand. Yes proper form is vital but I think this video over exaggerates it by doing too many things. Second , this video refers us to another video way too often. Want to learn line work ? Here is another video to watch or buy my program. It gets very very frustrating to even watch. It is almost like this video is a collection of other videos.
