Of all the calisthenics movies on youtube I prefer yours by far. You're non pedantic, no bs, clear and analytical. Thanks for these and keep 'm coming!

best channel on youtube been here since day 1 i dont know why you deleted some of your vids for instance the wrist warmup routine i still do it to this day and the video is exactly what i needed iam still struggling with banana handstand and i think the key to fixing that to do shoulder dislocations ive tried nearly everything unless shoulder dislocations

Thanks for the banger video 🔥🔥🔥! One question: I have a pretty bad shoulder flexion such that I can't do shoulder dislocates (even with a band). How can I learn to do shoulder dislocates and enough shoulder flexion for the handstand?
@SasaVenos4 ай бұрын
Flexibility helps, but you can improve your technique with just concious activations. Work on chest to wall handstands and flexibility as much as your shoulder allows without pain

after a few seconds of holding a handstand my legs tilt backwards and lose PPT; lowerback arching in, should i do hollow body holds or chest-to-wall holds with PPT will be enough? also does the 30 - 40" seconds rule apply for the volume of the session? and how many attempts would be enough? P.S: thanks a lot for all the info and the amount of effort you put into these vids, they really are super informative and useful. Have a blessed day 🫡
@SasaVenos5 ай бұрын
Try some chest to wall holds. You can do way more than 30-40" for the handstands.. waay more bro 👍

Hi, do you know if instead of doing Push Pull Leg like 6 times a week is the same that adoing all Body 2 times a week (with all the exercises of the push pull log) ?
@SasaVenos5 ай бұрын
If you prefer yes. If total volume is the same, the difference isnt Huge. I would just try to hit everything you want 2-4x a week (2x for bigger muscles like the legs, and 3 to 4 maybe for smaller muscles like rest delts or biceps)

I've been training for hs for two years but I still can't land it consistently. when I record my self from the side my body is straight, but its not straight when i record from back/front
@nova_sw5 ай бұрын
Literally me bro, training for two years now and can say that handstand has to be one of the most frustrating skills for me, like idk how some people end up learning it so fast 🥲😭😭
@SasaVenos5 ай бұрын
Im struggling to understand, how can you even see if you are straight or not when looking from the back or the front. You mean you are tilted left or right? Otherwise it doesnt make sense to me

How many days should you recover in the case of the plank? Since trying it every day progress is slow, plus on rest days one must condition their wrists and work on the hollow, etc.

I reccommend 2 overloading sessions per week + 1 light session. From here you can do more if you want
