To this day, this is still my favorite workout. I've been doing it almost every week for many years and still find it effective especially for my waist which is a hard area to target. ❤

You’re killing here! I owned a barre studio for 2 years before me moved. And I have lost my waist over the last 2 years. Working hard to get my waist back! 💜

I feel so motivated! Yea!!! Being able to break them up into short segments is the best and I can do them in different order or at different times. It's hard and it hurts but you keep me motivated to keep on! .Just started these 3 days ago, wish me luck :) Thank you for making your videos! Tracy, I had a knee replacement 2 years ago and I wondered why my knees, thighs, butt and waist have been so out of shape. I know now! They have atrophied and now I can build them back up with these exercises alone!!! Oh my goodness!!!!

After two long weeks or so, I finally started to do this routine twice...but even now I can feel my waist more defined and my booty is tighter! This workout works for me and does wonders (along with the other one you have "Dancer Legs")! Thanks TracY :)

I did this w/o a chair! I now realize how that I have pretty good balance! I'm not "fat" per say but I am soft. I have been doing this workout for 3 weeks now and I am really seeing changes! Thank you!

I have noticed a dramatic difference in my legs butt and abs (especially obliques) lol. I am a athlete naturally I used to hoop but since i've stopped playing my tone has decreased. So i have completely tightened up again in every area since doing your workouts. I wake up every morning and do your cardio, abs and whatever i'm working on for that day, be it lower body or upper. I like it because i'm not bulking but i'm firming and i love it! Amazing results for me!!

dear tracy this exercise is good for people who have slimmer thighs like you do but it is extremely difficult and painful for heavier or bulky thighs and it effects long term please be mindfull of the large community of people who follow you and inspire to be you.

I think you're my favorite on KZbin now! I have 30lbs of baby weight to go and I'm a nursing momma so I need to keep up with a higher calorie intake. But it's time to drop these lbs and get my body back :)

Ouch! Hurt sooo good!! When I was working on one side I could really feel it in the leg I was standing on, is that normal? I love your videos!! I did the "lose the pooch" lower abs workout the last 2 days and do my abs ever hurt!! Love it. Thanks so much Tracy, you're awesome!!

Hey Tracy, this is great. I have bad knees and no squats are allowed. Consider doing more legs exercises without involving knees?

I just did this workout for the 4th time now and it's amazing how I am seeing progress in my strength. The first time I did it, it was tough and when you suggested doing a second series I was like, no way! It's funny because I am an active and healthy person but because my legs are naturally thin (my problem areas reside more in my upper body) I rarely do leg exercises other than running from time to time.Already, in just a few sessions, I move through each exercise with more ease (it's still a good workout though!) and now I do the two recommended series. Legs on fire for sure though! ;)

it's really good.I could feel the pain in my waist but if you could make the exercises little easier it would be better..because in less than half way I got tired and sat down..but good. I can see the difference after doing it for 3 days:)

Hi Tracy Love the video I'm 55 this year. I'm getting baggy arms and saggy bum :( wobbly top legs. I do pilates class once a week. do you think it's too late for me to alter my figure with exercise?
