Tracy, I want to take this short opportunity to thank you for what you are doing. You see I was almost 400 pounds. I started out with sitting exercises with "launchpad" and a man named Rob. I have now lost 96 lbs. I have quite a bit of flab, surgery is not on my wish list, but still being as heavy as I am (but feeling great btw) I am not about to get on the floor or my knees to do workouts either. Doing just a little at a time has helped me and people I work with have noticed too. Please, keep it up, we older, heavier, and disabled people need to start with a less strenuous workout and work our way up. With sincerest thanks to you and all those like you.

I was looking for a way to still do sit ups after my hip flexors got incredibly sore from my regular exercise routines, which made it difficult to do my ab workouts. Just found Tracys videos, wow, love the simplicity and effectiveness of her videos, I have been doing the arms and abs, now these standing abs, love them, so much better than the lay on floor ones by far! I have a herniated disc, and might have to make small alterations on certain moves, but Tracys have been the most effective by far!! Thank you Tracy!

I normally work out with mr motivator but I came across your batwing work outs and ive been doing them for about 2 weeks I understand not every one is going to see results straight away I am slowly seeing results and now I will try your flat stomach exercise too ive lost 23lbs Im no quitter Ive had loads of nice comments about my weight :-)

Having two kids and home mommy not able to do workouts on the floor cause I have awful back issues this workout u show I watch often I stop for while cause I had alot going on at the time so now am able to do this workout again and I know it's effective cause when I first started I lost weight and on top other workouts I seen from u your very inspiring I am so excited to get my results back after stopping for while and I plan on sticking to it this time have to say being a momma this best workout I found on you tube your amazing

oh my god I just purchased her online videos and I'm in great shape, not as thin as her but 5 feet and a size 4 workout all the time. I did day 1 with the Fat Blast Cardio which was moderately challenging for me and then the Sexy arms holy moly. I have never given up on a workout but I came darned close. She killled me. It's worse than Tracy Anderson lol I guess you get more later in the alphabet when the last name starts with a C. Love it!

Hey. Can I do this workout before hitting bed. I like weight training in the morning or afternoon and really don't fancy doing at night time. Brilliant vid. I hate floor workout especially the crunches. But standing crunches are way better. Thank you for this wicked workout. Xxx

Hi Tracy, I've just started using your tutorials and LOVE them already! When I was younger I hurt my lower back, on top of my naturally inward curving back, which is why these standing ab workouts are great for me because crunches and lying flat on the floor just hurts my back. Do these work as well as floor workouts like sit ups and leg circles? I've been trying to work on my abs the past few months with these types of exercises plus runs and using my exercise bike for cardio, but just don't seem to be seeing the effects/fat loss! It would be great if you could offer some advice! Keep up the good work! Thanks!

I didn't thinking standing abs would burn as much but they burn more than floor ab workouts lol, this also works out the butt and lower back if done properly. great workout!!
