@@sangeetalambh6389 honestly i did not take any drugs at all. Instead i watch Swamy's videos because i can relate to all of them ( setbacks and intrusive thoughts ). I assure you, hope has its own power man. However this will not work when you just stay still fo nothing and hoping, instead i jog everyday, i force myself to go out with friends and do activities, i journal, and also pray to God. There was no instant miracle, i struggled ALOT with setbacks and vivid dreams but here i am, it's been almost 2 years and i am certain i'm dpdr free. Just remember the only way out is through. You can do it

I’ve had this for about 5 years now and I’m only 13 every single time I have one of my “episodes” I start bawling and can’t really form words mine aren’t the best and I have to hold it all in because I’m at school most of the day I have to hold in my tears and it sucks :( and honestly my DP is always there very mild but when I have a bad episode it’s bad and I’m so sorry if explained this badly I’m so sorry but this video helped I’ll be sending this to my friends :)

I've been dealing with this for 7 yrs straight. No breaks, always there. How can I stop it before it completely destroys my life?? My symptoms are... all of them??? I feel numb, like I'm in a dream, my legs feel numb, my hands, my brain feels numb. My emotions feel numb, i don't feel depressed until I start sobbing emptying the dishwasher. I don't feel happy until I find myself smiling. I feel like I'm living in an eternal daydream. You know those 'high quality dreams' that are a little fuzzy and you feel weird, but everything seems realietic if not a little surreal? That's how I feel on a daily basis. Any tips???

Do you feel like you are in your daydreaming and this world around you doesn't feel real? I feel like being stuck in a dream like while I'm sleeping It has nothing to do with daydream Btw you must be having maladaptive daydreaming in which you can't stop daydreaming And in depersonalization you feel like you are existing in your imagination Like feeling you are in a coma and this world around you is a dream or imagination while you're in coma You don't need to worry about jt much

Hey Swamy. Did you experience the numbness? I experience a lack of joy (anhedonia) and generally just numbed emotions, and I really don't know how to move on from this.

I’m sorry. As someone who has struggled with mental health and recovered you can do it. Maybe a doctors can proscribe you something to help with it. Maybe you can research your illness and see how other people have recovered or coped with it. Hope this helps.

What’s going on Swammy, first off i love your channel and how you help people. If you got time could you answer this quick question. Do you ever get thoughts about why other people do the things they do? Like I see my mom and wonder why she says the things she say or why she just sneezed or some random thought that makes me think “tf is wrong w me”
@RealSwamyG
@RealSwamyG 4 жыл бұрын
Yes when I had DPDR I'd have such thoughts. Basically it's like you are trying to figure everything out. But over time this will fade away. You learn not everything is figure outable. And your mind tends to calm down.

How do I feel in my body? That’s the only symptom I have. I haven’t had any panic attacks in 2 yrs (since I got it). I never stopped working since I got it, I work 5 days a week, I’m about to graduate from grad school, hang out with friends, Eat a healthy diet, I sleep good 7-9 hours, my memories & sense of self have never left .. I just don’t understand why I feel disconnected still
