Thank you for this information. I liked number 3. Good information for me since I can say harsh judgements to myself. Number 3 also helps me to understand that when I try and avoid a task or get distracted onto something else, there is a reason for why that is happening.

I'm binge watching your channel - love love love it. ❓I have a question though - I have so many goals I am in analysis paralysis. How many goals should a person be working on at a time? I'm terrible about taking on too much and then it all falls apart.

We're stoked to hear that you're loving all our videos!! 🥰 That is a great question but not one we can answer with just a number since we don't know much about you or your life. That said, we are big fans of essentialism and usually encourage our clients and community to start with one bigger goal or mission. If you haven't already, I'd recommend you check out our free masterclass as a next step While it doesn't focus on goals as such, it does walk you through envisioning and mapping out your future self and what that person values and what their habits are. Getting clear on that (if you aren't already) may help you prioritize your goals 😉 Here's the link to the masterclass: bodybrainalliance.com/map

Great video, question: how do we give up all expectations for 7 days when, for example, you have a work deadline within that? Or you have a set number of things you do daily for the house etc?

That sounds like a situation where applying some flexibility may be required - you could choose to NOT include work as part of the experiment. Or you could try the experiment for a shorter time period, like 3-5 days. Would either of those work for you? 🤓
