எனக்கு ரொம்ப நல்லா எனக்கு மயக்கமாக்கவே இருந்தது. எதோ பெரிய நோய் ஏதும் இருக்குமோ என்னே நினைச்சி கவலையாவே இருப்பேன். கடவுள் உங்கருப்பதில் வந்து எனக்கு பெரிய தீர்வு கடைசிருக்கு. உங்களுக்கு பெரிய நன்றி மனசார சொல்லுறேன் sister. இந்த இப்போதான் செய்தேன் மயக்கமே இல்லாமல் போயிருச்சு so tqq sister. இனி இந்த எப்போதும் follow பண்ணப்போறேன் sister. So tqq March 💞💞💞💞💞

Thank you so much. I recently had dizziness since last week. I'm on vertin 8mg tablet and doing these exercises since the last 2 days. I'm hoping to recover soon with the help of these breathing exercises. Just one question - how many times per day should we do this? Just once in the morning is enough?

வணக்கம் நிங்க இப்படி இந்த vertigo பிரச்சனைக்கு கூட யோகவால் சில வற்றை உதவிகளாக நாமே நம் உடலுக்கு உதவும் வகையில் செய்யும் ஆசானாக்கள் சொல்லி தருக்கிறிர்கள் அதுவும் மிக தெளிவாக இருக்கிறது உங்கள் விளக்கம் நன்றி.ஆனால் எனக்கு ஒரு சந்தேகம் மூச்சை இழத்து ம்ம்ம் என்று சொல்லும் பொழது மூச்சை மெல்லமாக வெளியிட வேண்டுமா அல்லது நிறுத்தி வைக்க வேண்டுமா அப்படி நிறுத்தி வைக்க வேண்டும் என்றால் எப்பொழது உள்மூச்சை வெளியிட வேண்டும் என்று சொல்லுங்கள் .மிக்க நன்றி.👍❤️🙏🏻
