ரொம்ப ரொம்ப நன்றி மேடம்... எனக்கு வயது 31. கடந்த 20 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக நான் sinus பிரச்சனையில் இருக்கிறேன்.. வாரம் ஒரு முறை சளி பிடிக்கும். ஒரே நாளில் அதுவே சரி ஆகி விடும்.. சிறிது மாதம் மாத்திரை முதலில் எடுத்தேன். ஆனால் அதுவே எனக்கு அதிக தலை வலியை கொடுத்தது.. எனவே கடந்த 20 வருடம் மாத்திரை இல்லாமலே வாழ்ந்து வருகிறேன்.. இந்த வீடியோ எனக்கு புது நம்பிக்கையை அளிக்கிறது... மீண்டும் நன்றி...

Thank you mam. When I started do this yoga I had running nose for a week afterwards all my sinus prblm get rectify gradually. This is 2nd month. now I really feel free to go out without my handkerchief

@@Lakshmiandiappanyoga Madam verum nanri solla vaarthagal illai..U gave me a biggest change in my life thru naadi suddhi yoga video first then I started following this. I have couple of doubts madam. 1. Assuming you did a set (cycle) of kabaalapathi yoga can i perform the same 2 sets and then continue wit Halasana and Fish pose. 2. Can i perform kabaalapathi daily because they say it may lead to heart problems, blood pressure if v do daily. 3. please tell me the exact order of the below yoga to be performed - Naadi suddhi, Kabalapathi, Halasana and Fish pose

Hi Madam...Very very grateful to you...I suddenly got nose blockages due to cold..I did all the three Aasanas and it gave instant relief. within seconds blockages are removed and I was able to breathe easily...Thank you so much Mam 🙏

I was suffering from cold and sinus infection for the past three days . The head ache was intolerable and started doing this yoga .Wow my head ache relieved on the first attempt itself

Thankyou mam. I just 14 but I am struggling with sinus and dust allergy since 7 to 8 years but nowadays i not able to study in mornings with this nose blockage this year june I will be in 10th too so I took resolution to do exercise and saw your video.Thank you so much mam. I feeling a good response in 4 days itself but I do this regularly Thank you mam🙏🙏

🙏 vanakam You did cover each and every points in simple flawless way. However I have also noticed you mentioned does and don't which is the essence of your video. Person like me having lumber spondylitis L3,L4 and L5 are affected can go far Halasana and fish pose suggest alternative please. 🙏🙏
