All the steps are very useful. However, as an IT professional, I often can't sleep until 1 AM. What can I do to improve my sleep, especially since my job requires me to work late and keep my screen on until just before bed. i think many peoples have same problems. can you make video on it or give some suggestion ?

We completely understand that some professions really need you to work in the night hours. Same with medical field, we have to do a few night duties in the ICUs every month. We still cannot deny that staying awake in the night isn't actually ideal and natural, but we are doing it because it is the need of the hour. I would still recommend following such things as much as possible with your current routine and in long run, if possible, find jobs that are better for your overall health. It might be hard but as you'll age, you'll understand that at young age body can take any abuse, but it will start showing signs with age. Regards

Hello ma'am. I am a student and my sleep cycle was very inconsistent. I used to sleep very late around 2 AM. Someone recommend me Melatonin tablets for good sleep. I am using it since a month and having great results. My question is that is it safe to use Melatonin 3 mg for this? Or should I stop it?
