for everyone who thinks they are boring, your not boring you’re just used to yourself. For example, I find my daily routine boring, doing school work, working out, writing for my book and drawing for my book. I’ve just listed 4 things that could spark a conversation. What you find boring could be someone else’s passion and that’s what you two have in common. When it’s your turn to talk no one said you have to keep everything hidden

This is my personal opinion, everybody is gonna have awkward or dry conversations at sometimes. If either of you aren’t on the same page, not in the mood, or not really feeling it then they become awkward, but that doesn’t mean you make a big deal about it. Now if that keeps happening, then maybe it’s a problem, but if it happens occasionally then you come back the next day and you click then your good to go you got nothing to worry about. I think that what I love about this guy is that in an age of flashy editing and stimulation, I find utter peace and pleasure in listening to someone sit in front of a camera with no cuts inspiring and educating people. People generally cover up their content with too much editing and attention-fishing and the message behind the video is lost. It really shows how much quality information you have to give when you can compete with other creators putting hours of editing just with the sound of your voice.

THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! love this video. sometimes we get so caught up with impressing someone or being 'perfect', that we forget to LISTEN to the person. once you shift your energy from focusing on yourself, and focus on the person and get to know them, conversation really gets easier. because you don't talk from a place of 'LIKE ME' but rather 'what can I learn about you?'. also good point about trying to be interesting in conversation- you should really go out and experience interesting things rather than try to come up with interesting questions or conversations lol. it really comes down to a shift in focus.

This was a great video. The last part was the most relatable to me because I have a best friend who is also my crush. We've known each other for eight years, since we were in the 5th grade. In the last part of the video, I felt a connection because I text her "What are you doing?" almost every day just to check up on her. The texts are mostly dry and the conversations lead nowhere, even though we once had a much deeper bond. We didn't speak for a few months, and now, unlike with most close friends where I can just start a conversation like we never stopped talking, it's different with her.

I remember when I was 5 it snowed in June, well not sure if it’s June, I don’t remember exactly when” “oh jeez, June? where was that?” then he went “tssssssss” like he didn’t remember and wasn’t gonna elaborate, so I went all “asking cud we live in higher elevations so it’s expected for winter to get here earlier, lower elevations meanwhile live in the summer” and so he was like “yeah, there’s snow on Mount Everest all year long” omg that was the driest conversation in the history of mankind. i was so boring bro, its cud i was done with the day i know, but this is a pretty recurring problem for me after I pulled out of school for ablittle bit and got social anxiety

This video helped me a lot. Your examples make it so much easier to understand. It's funny that you said that the grocery store helped you conversate better because I also work at a grocery store and that's what made me realize that I need to work on my conversation skills lol. Don't get me wrong, I can talk until the cows come home but when I'm first getting to know someone, I just have an awkward flow because I think too much about what to say and how to say it. This definitely took some pressure off of me. Thank you again!
