Maybe lactose if you're lactose intolerant. And casein/whey if you get inflammatory response to it (such as acne). But keep in mind that fermented dairy such as natural yogurt and kefir have (almost) zero lactose since it was used up in the fermentation process. And depending on the animal (cow, goat, sheep, camel etc), the composition of milk is also very different.

@@axollot I'm sorry to hear that. Drinking water kefir for 3 months improved my gut health but also I gave my self a break after 3 months. And gradually started again by giving breaks in between. But then again, I was on elimination diet so I basically stayed away from egg, dairy, nuts, gluten, fish (except for fatty fish) and solid meat like beef. I also didn't take any probiotics supplements. Only fish oil and cod liver oil supplement. On top of all this, I did intermittent Fasting (Fasting 14- 16 hours a day). I know that's a lot but that's what worked for me. I had too cause topical medicine like steroid didn't solve the underlying issue. Yeah, unfortunately, doctors who mention "leaky gut syndrome" and claim it as a supposed issue seem iffy to me (there is not substantial research to A. say that it is a concerning issue or B. that it even exists--most practitioners and physicians consider it a myth). Especially those who claim gluten is not good for those who aren't intolerant or have celiac disease when the research overall claims the exact opposite. While there are a host of problems that can affect those with gluten intolerance or celiac when they continue to consume gluten products, the opposite is true for those not suffering. I really like his videos, but this one was a bit sketchy considering the claims he made towards the end that don't reflect the evidence....

I really like your great videos. I especially appreciate those that give useful advice without surgical intervention. There are problems with diets that unfortunately lead to serious deficiency diseases. When sugar, dairy casein, milk sugar or gluten are deprived, along with other important vitamins, minerals and trace elements, proteins, collagen. There are foods that contain the undesirable substances, but also contain many other things that our body needs, but by dieting we deprive ourselves of these too. That's when it comes to making up the shortfall with dietary supplements. When the waiter at the restaurant asks me what kind of food I'd like to order, I usually say, "Guilt-free. " (Sorry if my grammar is not correct, I use a translation program. )

@@Pretear521 They are savoury and sour, but much more delicate than kimchi. They are not spicy. They are so tasty and easy on a palette, that we often drink a glass for juice for hangover. Watch out for Eco or Bio, because nowadays the producers pasteurise the mass production fermented cucumbers. PS. in Polish they're called ogorki kiszone :-)

It's ethical to be human, someone in the food chain- who eats meat. You can get free-range grass fed meat delivered in this day and age no excuse! It's important to live a balanced life, don't believe the social media shaming.. It's natural and healthy, it's the beautiful circle of life.

This all sounds very good and I am vegan and I absolutely love this channel and all of Dr. Youn's videos. 🤗But here are some examples, how to deal with this? Steve Jobs, a fan of fruits and vegetables, passed away so early. Russian actor Savely Kramorov, who also fanatically follows the diet and ate only fruits and vegetables. Both died very early. And there are a bunch of such examples.🙂 And now, my grandmother was a huge lover of sweets, her diet consisted of 99% of rice and barley porridge with a lot of sugar, corn, potatoes, and various baked goods, she DIDN'T EAT ANY FRUIT AT ALL (as well as vegetables in principle) and lived to be 95 years old, and even 90 had a wonderful figure as in her youth. Her husband - my grandfather - ate basically the same thing as a grandmother (not surprising, she served food for him))) and he also lived to be 90, did not eat any fruits and vegetables at all.🙄 I don’t argue, I’m just wondering how can explain these examples? Just wonder.....🤷‍♀️🤔

Well I think that maybe your grandmother just had good genes or a good immune system. Also your examples probably had more stress than her since they were famous and being famous usually comes with much stress.

That is called anecdotal evidence and it's given very little weight by science (you're talking about 4 people out the billions on the planet). Your grandparents diet was still low on wheat gluten. Did Jobs and the Russian actor eat organic fruit and veggies? They could e died from pesticides and fertilizers.

Ok…I don’t know if comments are looked at but I love your channel and was wondering about how our phones blue light impact our skin and how some dermatologists have recommended leaving your phone on the night shift setting (warm/yellow light) but now some articles you find online say yellow light is actually worse. Is this true? Are we better off just sticking with blue light?
