I made myself a self improvement system. 3 days after making it I did not do a single thing, but on the third day, I committed, I did EVERYTHING in the system, workout, meditation, reading, nutrition, and I've been going strong for 5 days. I know I was supposed to do this a year ago, but Hamza pushed me to take some fricken action and reclaim my manhood. My goal is to really become a man the date I am technically a man, I'm 17 and 2 months away from 18. Stay strong warriors, our future selves are going to proud of us!

I felt terrible today. And that’s because I am the version of myself today that my future self would regret. I learnt heaps and heaps from this video alone, not only through words but through a two living testimonies. I am a young woman who has not been feeling the best version of herself. She constantly is worried about the future, pulled out of university, is addicted to video games and doesn’t want to do anything she knows she can. Today, my mother said to find a job. Indulging myself in a work environment will lead me not to be dependent and will in return provide for myself and family as well. We talked for a while, she did. I just listened. I then went to my notes, and wrote down my goals for 2024. To become who I ought to be. Thank you Hamza for the advice, for this community and for your testimony. Thank you for Sam as well! I am now motivated into becoming the better person I am and I will become more successful and better. ♥️ God Bless Us All.

In the lows of my days, I am grateful to have found this channel, I made through my yearly exams all ruined, scattered, hopeless and simply being done. My thoughts and actions were channelised the wrong and sabotaged way, though I still managed to score 96% aggregate, but after that I truly got a burn out and a phase of giving up and inability. My entrance exams are about to be held in June first week and I wasted two months in absolute disturbance which existed in my mind. Luckily I found his videos and started my journey to self improvement and determination like two weeks ago,I already covered a good portion of syllabus and cut off from the distracting habits, apps and people (well I just started so). Thank you so much for the content! I surrounded myself with the right people as well, filtered out my friends who are on the same way among the cluster of other girls I know, who are probably entangled in a lot of cluster (as it seems to me now) it’s already going great.

From finding your channel since last years February, I had been implementing multiple self improvement habits: meditation, reading, gratitude and normal, bullet journaling during 2022. These habits, truely helped me, especially my mental state. Exercise and workouts have been a habit since I was 10 - 11 years old in 2017, cause I had several physical health problems due to a instant gratification lifestyle (video games, inactivity, eating junk food), but my mindset was, well, not so good. My brother who drove me to a gym and a Muay Thai / BJJ club led me to finding the gym and a healthy lifestyle, but you Hamza, have helped me become a better man, teen, to do a complete flip in my lifestyle, mental state. During this year, a change in my strength and physique, seeking to reach my goals and integrate further good habits are my main goals. Thank you, truely, and do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it...

I’m 20 years old turning 21 next month. I’ve been watching your content for over half a year now, and I have let myself down. Indulging willingly in instant gratification. Literally scroll for days, frying my brain. Running from accountability and confrontation. I’m tired of living like this. I’m tired of feeling like a victim. I’m tired of staying in this loop of instant gratification. I’m tired of feeling like a man-child. I am tired, but i will not give up. I will continue to fail until I get it right. My failure doesn’t define me, it builds me, and forces me to keep going. Everything is based on your own perception of the circumstances. The time is now. There is no more tomorrow. I’m right where I’m supposed to be, and I’m grateful for having the knowledge that will lead me down the right path. Its time to take action NOW💥💥💥

Notes and timestamps 1:04 Sam's story. He was a loser gamer but spent more time with Hamza and adopted his habits. He improved over time and went from staying inside to someone who went to Thailand 4:30 Clinical depression, streaming games, and now he's cured of depression, cured of his sadness. He became a man. 5:58 The bleak feeling of nanism and purposelessness and everything that I'm familiar with... men before me have made the world I'm living in, and theres potential to change my life and go make a difference. This potential is being drained by the world of today. Yet, I'm stuck. Knowing what I need to do but not doing it. 8:05 There is a way out from the bottom of the pit, there is a way out. The most important cure to the whole thing is the mental health. How could you not be depressed with grabbing your phone as soon as you wake up. How could you not be depressed with playing games with strangers online for hours. No nature, no jumping in puddles, no climbing up trees. Is the way that life is being lived really how it should be 10:58 The bad habits I've done for years can and will be countered by delaying gratification. Stack life up for your future life, and your future self. Be conscientious, be thoughtful of what is happening now and don't fall in. I feel like trash right now. The previous me was a prick. A self absorbed loser who only thought of the pleasure. But he is me. I am what I hate. So I need to change that today. Make it so that I look back and thank myself 13:30 Hamza went through a lot of troubles, he was addicted to weed, binge eating, doing nothing. He looked in the mirror and felt hate, anger. But he connected the dots, translated the timeframe of the past and the now forward, knowing that now he has an opportunity to make the right decisions. 14:49 You will not be consistent at first. Its normal,. Just keep moving forward, keep moving, and always think "what can I do to for my future self." Will satisfying my cravings, making myself feel terrible and depressed afterwards really the best move right now

Back then in elementary I was this famous kid on school that everyone kind of admired and shit but when pandemic came everything went downhill. I was so insecured of myself that I never showed my face in social media, I was a video game addict, a fat ass kid and a big disappointment. I never wanted to go out of house because of my big bad change a fat depressed boy. I was on my phone 13 hours everyday played video games 10 hours a day, and sleeps for 4-5 hours only. I wanted a change but still being eaten by laziness and lust everytime. I stumbled upon a video like this and it literally changed me a lot. Now here I am a 14 years old, repented(I was eaten by lust by I'm still improving and fighting) Doing exercises every day, choosing a sport, advancing in my life. I feel guided at this point. I'm in my improving phase now. I hope this continues for life. :')

What a powerful video. I was sitting here with my notebook just about to write down my plans and goals for the day and I see you posting this. I'm relatively new to self improvement, even tho I've gone to the gym for the last 3 years. The gym being the cornerstone of my self improvement, helping me more than anything else, and even today I'm still not sure if the gym improved me more physically or mentally. I was always skinny, having social anxiety and now im up almost 44 lbs (20kg) in muscle. Just the other day I super setted 4 sets of shoulder press and talking to the girl working out beside me. I used to be scared to go to the store. I just started journaling a few months ago and a week ago I picked up my first book in what must be 10 years. Starting to prioritize my sleep and cooking healthy foods instead. And I'm just getting in to meditating aswell. Step by step. I've been in the struggle fase for quite some time but just now I am noticing solid improvement. The hard work is infact paying off. This is just the start. Thank you for changing and saving lives

I am in it for a year more or less my life is better now. 1 year ago I was a pushover Jeffrey with 0 confidence and now I go up to people I lead people and I feel good about myself. Instead of finding my self a group like I’ve wanted I realised that I don’t need one. I have friends I talk to. But the moment I come back to school I improve myself. It’s not over until I win

This video is really good Hamza! I´m a 39 year old divorced father who has been on a self improvement journey for about a year now. Going to the gym, reading, eating healthy, doing some travelling and alot more. I feel better than ever now. No more videogames and porn! I love my self and that makes women love me to 😉 It is not too late even if you are a little older. I´m going to lead my boys to become real men 💪🏼 Progress is happiness! And if you are scared of doing something, just do it scared! You won´t regret it!

@@markgottem it was hard for me too my dude, but I’ve found that the best way to get yourself on track is to use someone as a motivator, like for example let’s say that your friends are so much stronger than you, be angry at that then work to conquer that goal. Keep setting bigger and bigger goals for your success my friend, but before all that there’s only one solution. Start. Not tomorrow not day after tomorrow I mean NOW. Eventually you incorporate that into your routine and make it a normal thing. Good luck bro

You probably did save my life bro. I was “getting better” meaning I had the idea in my brain that I wanted a change in late December 2022. Nothing was working, but around January 5th I found the strength to straight up type into KZbin “mens mental health” or something like that. I don’t even remember how it all happened but I came across your mental health guide video. For the first time in my life I’ve seen real change after watching these videos for less than a month. I work harder, I’m more efficient, I eat more, I eat healthier, I’m more physically active, I fixed my relationship with my parents, I reconnected with my friends that I’d been pushing away, and most importantly I HAVE A PLAN NOW. I finally found something I can work at that I see myself doing for the rest of my life. I quit smoking weed, cold turkeyed from nicotine, and disconnected my Xbox and put it away in a drawer, just to have more focus on my dreams. Sleep has proven to be the hardest to fix but I went from 0-2 hours per night to 4-6 within the last month, so it’s definitely getting better. Thank you fr ❤

I saw one of your videos and it motivated me so much, even while watching this video I had tears in my eyes because I'm not a loser but living the life of a loser. Even tho you just state obvious things it helps so much just to having it visualized by someone. I'm about to improve my life starting with daily habits and then work on things like knowledge and different skills but first I need to get the basics to work. Thank you so much brother. I'm 19 and started college recently after dropping out of school at 15. over the 4 years that I was out of school I almost never talked to anyone. Since I started going to college I've been working on getting out of my comfort zone and being more extraverted. I have a long way to go before I'm happy with who I've become, but I'm happy with who I'm becoming. I started a study group, made friends that share my passions, started being talking to girls like they're just another human instead of getting nervous and being awkward. People focus too much on changing everything and seeing no progress. Keep yourself out of your comfort zone and keep your head up. You don't have to be perfect over night, you just have to keep trying to be better and eventually you'll look back at your old self and see how much you've improved. With everything that I've gone through in my life my one piece of advice would be to reflect on each interaction you have and see how you could have done more with it. Don't feel bad about not doing the right thing, but feel good about how each time you've made it one step closer to having that meaningful connection with someone. Success comes sooner to those willing to wait a lifetime.

Hamza, i just wanna thank you, for doing what you do, thanks to you I’ve accomplished amazing things at the age of 14…. At 14 I realized my potential because of you hamza, i used to be skinny, smelly, skinny fat, dirty and overall a loser, now I’ve been on self improvement for 5 months, i started working 4-5 months ago, a few weeks later i came across your channels, a video by hamza titled “why you can’t do your work” i still have a comment on that video from months ago, that video gave me the final push to start chasing my goals, ever since then, it’s only gotten better, I workout, exercise, meditate, journal, read, i take freezing cold showers every day, I’ve been on the grind, I literally get double the attraction and attention from girls i used to get(even tho i have better things to do) I’ve been at it, i even do dieting, thank you hamza, for doing what you do bro, you inspired to make a KZbin channel, and i now make self improvement content, I will reach the top one day, but thank you, thank you for that push, now i will help our brothers realize their potential like you helped me realize mines at 14 years old, keep conquering💪🏾

I will start my self improvement TOMORROW. If I ever lose motivation I promise you will see me in your comment section more often. I really wanna do it right this time and turn my life around, there’s also this quote I’ve been seeing on tik tok “If you spend your time chasing butterflies, they’ll fly away, but… if you spend your time building a beautiful garden, the butterflies will come. And if they don’t, you would still have your beautiful garden” thank you I hope to become someone better and hopefully help my friends do the same

Thank you. I heard this is a reupload but this video such as other videos from your channel is timeless. For right now, until things hopefully changed again. I am on my self improvement because of you. I also watch motivation videos from other channels or tutorials for exercise or something, but this is absolutely something else. I can't really say if I want to change myself mentally, I am a bit confused sometimes, I think more rationally and I don't really know how to have a conversation that's not boring or weird and that's also not like all the videos on KZbin showing how to make a conversation... I do really want to improve physically of course, i always wanted to have a nice sixpack, i had absolutely no idea how everything with your muscles work back then but now I still want to basically look very cool, not for others, really, truly just for myself. Because when I looked into a mirror 2 years ago, i saw a more likely skinny guy that doesn't eat too unhealthy, but neither very good stuff all the time, i used to play so many videogames, i wasn't even very good, it was really a bit like an addiction but like a regular intuitive thing kids have. I'm 14 by the way. The thing is i don't want to look in the mirror and seeing someone who i personally wouldn't even like (physically), but the most important thing for me was that i had to change my whole way to interact with people, i was being bad to some people, i treated some like they never deserved, and i don't want to get myself out of this with an excuse; i simply think that it was something like normal, for a boy, that got into like middleschool (or something like this idk i live in Germany, the school system is a bit different here) and that wanted to be one of the cool kids that are kinda like the "bad guys" but I gotta say I never bullied someone really like i would never do that and the only thing I used to do was saying really bad things... :/ I am ashamed of my younger self for this. Now i would say that I'm still a kid, my mindset will probably change, but I hope it doesn't, because even going from a few weeks ago, i was already able to tell things like this right now. I didn't really tell anyone, just in my head yk. To judge over myself, over other people. Or something. Idk it might really sound stupid to you whoever reads this, but for me it doesn't, i also just want to improve myself so I can stop thinking of/ or even complaining about myself and the things I just told. Alright, thank you for reading, even though I hope no one will read this because it could make things complicated. Have an absolutely great day, and if you are ever going through something, you will get out of this. I believe that everyone can possibly do what he wants to, to improve themself and to achieve greatness and respect. The most important thing is acceptance, but not to illegal things! Keep being against the racist guys, and no racist joke is really funny, if there's someone in your school that shouts the n-word, and even if he said it's just a swear word and he's not racist, that basically means he doesn't understand what he is doing, and is also racist (a single bit at least). N4zis are the absolute worst, please never be kind to them, if you accidentally are, just remind yourself of how fvcking bad they are to some other people, that haven't done anything else then you, living your nice life. Make the best out of it. 💪✌️❤️

I was literally that Jeffrey guy, 4 months ago I realized this can't continue like that I started going to the gym 6-7 times a week and started eating frequently without any junk food, started to read, develop new hobbies and stop playing video games at all. And it really worked, as every day passed I felt more and more happier and actually people started realize how I changed to the better. I even started dating a girl and I don't think I would be ever that happy in life and you know what? From here I think it will only go up and up. Just give it time, as someone once said it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. Thank you again Hamza
