आपके इस तथ्य से बिल्कुल सहमत हूँ कि शाकाहारी भोजन में भी b12 होता है, मैंने एक उदहारण ऐसा देखा है, कि 96 साल के एक बुजूर्ग के प्रोस्टेड ग्लैंड के टेस्ट में psa उनका 84 था, जबकि 10 से ऊपर होने पर ही प्रोस्टेट कैंसर का शक किया जाता है, लेकिन जब मैंने उनकी बी12 रिपोर्ट देखी तो उनका 500 से ऊपर था, विशेष बात यह है, कि यह बुजूर्ग पुर्णतः जीवन भर शाकाहारी ही हैं।

Yes Sir, I am trying firmmented food using millets whis is less tasty compared to rice. Also I am taking white thil mixed with jagarry Laddu .

I am suffering from tingling problem since 6 Dec 2022 and treatment is continue for this Dr. Advice that I have vitamin b12 deficiency .Although I taking enjections and multivitamin tablets also along with this v12 rich food such as dairy products but the problem is not yet resolved . As of my knowledge I may suffer from vitamin absorption problem , sir please guide me as your knowledge. Please do reply I am irritated with this problem .

If rice is fermented overnight (in bengal we call it PANTA BHAAT), it also increases B12, similarly KHAMEER ROTI.

@@parveenkaur885 , i mix the millets flours like Ragi, Jwar, Bajra, Besan , Makai etc in wheat flour to make chapati, i do not make laddoos., also take Coconut milk two three times in a week. secondly i did not chek the B12level but i am feeling now strong.

Hi Shobha.. Plant milk means peanut, almond, coconut or cashew nut milk.. Soak them well for 4/5hrs and grind with water, its ready.. Coconut you have to separate milk using a cloth..

Avoid til in summer because til has heating property. You can have it during winters. Regarding milk of nuts, you can have it any time of the year. Fermented foods are lot better than freshly prepared.

few people has reached India for training seminar of Bisworoop roy. They were not satisfied when they have to pay 10k IC, which is much for Nepalese. They als wanted to meet Dr bisworoop but they found it very difficult almost impossible. i have been recommending many people about your team but its really difficult when people have to pay a lot which is different than what people are excpecting from Dr bisworrop. because he is always promoting on the free treatment, free trainings or less expenses.
