Yes. You can set it to stay on permanently.

That is a great idea that I should have included. It is very bright at night. It lights up the entire yard.

Mine will turn on when I hit the wall switch. It will stay on for the recommended time then it shuts off. For some reason it won't turn back on unless I hit the power switch. Motion doesn't turn it on. Am I doing something wrong?

Hard to tell what could go wrong. Maybe try to reset the motion sensor settings. best of luck…
