I bought this cartridge because LD says it will work seamlessly with my Brother HL-L2370DW printer. I followed the instructions closely but am still getting this message: "Toner error. Replace toner cartridge." Please advise.

Does this cartridge come with a chip? Do I need to keep the older chip on the ORIGINAL OEM toner cartridge and install it on YOUR toner cartridge?

Is it possible you can replace the TN760 toner cartridge with a color toner cartridge?

Hi, unfortunately you cannot replace the TN760 cartridge with a color cartridge. The TN760 works with a monochrome Brother printer, so it only prints in black. If you were to use a color cartridge it would not work in the printer.

It seems that all the aftermarket toner cartridges that I'm using are causing the toner error in my printer to go off before the cartridges are empty. I actually weigh my cartridges and it seems that the high-yield I'm supposed to be getting are not how yield at all. The average weight of the cartridges that I've been receiving like the one I just took out of the bag is only 1 pound to ounces. Another one I had was 1 lb 8 oz which is what it should at least be. And then I don't see any way to reset the cartridges. It appears that when you try and reset them and put them back in they just go right back to setting the alarm off in the printer. Any suggestions?
