Hello, I hope you are well. I am experiencing difficulty connecting my dashcam to my phone. I successfully connect to the Wi-Fi, open the app, and add the screen recorder; the app indicates a connection. However, when I attempt a live preview, it remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.

I had this happen on a different brand dash cam. Try using a different SD card then do a factory reset. That seemed to work for me. Also sometimes the wifi connection on your phone will switch to another connection as it prioritizes it for some reason. Make sure it didn't switch when you are trying to preview.
