You can use plan B! Copy OPK's to the external SD card and move them over using the built in file manager. MLP uses that method in his video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/foi9ipxorLGKi7c

is there a way of putting ps1 games directly on sd card that you stick in to the computer? i can get all the snes, nes, gba, sega, games on to the sd card but when i do ps1 games i get nothing. I also have hooked my rg350 up to 3 differnt computers and I dont get any kind of connection where i can download directly to the rg350 itself.

Error: Could not connect to server Status: Waiting to retry... Status: Connecting to 10.1.1.2:21... Status: Connection attempt failed with "EACCES - Permission denied". Funny thing is I am NOT trying to connect to 10.1.1.2:21, it just does it like that and there is NO WAY I can fix this. I am using the newest version of Windows 10, all updates, when I plug this in and try to transfer games to it, my windows DOES NOT recognize it in the devices and drivers section either. No clue what to do here, a bit stumped and losing patients fast! Turned off my antivirus, turned off Windows Defender, STILL not connecting!

Any idea on how someone witha rg351m running 351elec is able to addan opk to their card? Cause I can't find that answer anywhere on the internet! There is no app folder wheni connect my memory card to the on pc, not when I connect via ftp. If you are using Windows 7 you may need to install the drivers: Earlier versions of Windows 10 may need to as well. If you are using antivirus you may need to disable it while connecting.

I dont know a damn thing about emulation but i tried emulating games with the snes mini. I had no trouble emulating some games but i downloaded extra copies of the same games and decided to add a couple ones while i clean up duplicate files. Then i lost all the games i previously emulated and using the same program (hakchi) and i struggle to emulate new ones. So i just ordered an rg350 and its already got cool games in it but its a lot and i cant remember all the ones on here. So with this concern in mind, If i do this to add a couple games, can i risk losing them all?

Generally no. There are some emulators that may have a limit of how many ROMs can be in a single directory on them, but I have not run into that issue with the RG350 yet.

I bought mine from Amazon with a coupon. If you are not in a rush you may want to try AliExpress or TomTop. I have not had problems with either of them.

Not all emulators support the second stick yet. MAME for example does not. You can test your second stick in quake 2: If it works there than your right analog is working.

You should not get a popup in windows 10. Try connecting to it and see if it works -- It probably will. I tested on 3 different PC's and did not need a driver for 2 -- Pretty sure I did not for the first either...

Try a different usb port. You may be plugging it into a low amp or usb 2.0 socket. You might have faster usb 3.0 ports, or higher amp ports.

Final burn Alpha is installed on most of the new ones by default. If you don't mind installing it on the external TF card it's really easy. I saw a video earlier that shows you can download the Roms onto the console with out the pc. You can use the browser on the device to downlaod and install the game. Do you know how to do that? And if so, can you give a detailed direction?

Am I correct in assuming I cannot use a chrome book to get games uploaded on to this? I'll just level with ya...I am 100% totally NOT tech savvy at ALL and I have no clue what I'm doing here. I got this as a gift, I really did want it, but I've had it for 2 weeks now and I cant play it. I'm a dad of 2 young kids and I work a pretty strenuous job considering I broke my back a few years ago. And in order to care for my fam, I work a tough job. I'm always workin or hangin with my fam, and at night, I cant sleep very well because I'm in lots of pain all the time. This, is EXACTLY what I need to unwind at night, help put me go sleep etc. Im a huge fan of old school games, esp anything NES and would love to be able to play all my old favs...but any time I've tried to figure this out, I can't. It's getting pretty disheartening tbh. Any kind of help would be appreciated. I dont have a laptop or pc, I just have a chromebook and it's a little older..do I need to go get one to start out?

Still too hard. At this price point, you should be able to plug it into a Windows PC, the SD and internal auto-populates, then you can add rom zip files anywhere. The device should be able to look for these zip files and play them from the emulator. All these steps are a MAJOR annoyance of the RG350 and other retro handhelds.

Need help setting up Amiga, open MSX & Dosbox Honestly your video was good but all you have to do is insert your external memory card into your computer or android device or cell phone and put apps, games on and off You can use dingux Commander to move them from the external card to the internal one I recommend you not using the internal micro SD card for games because something happens to your device you can't get the games off the internal memory card they won't show up on an Android device or a Windows computer or your cell phone you'd have to take that internal card and stick it into another rg350 or a compatible device gcw zero LDK new pocket go 2

It's much simpler to just connect to your PC and drag it on. It becomes a 1 step process vs 2. Especially useful if you are adding games pretty regularly. I absolutely do NOT recommend storing ROMs on internal SD as some updates require you to re-write -- which would wipe out all your ROMs. I use basically the same couple SD's full of ROMs on all my game systems and pass them around. This video really was not in any way meant to address ROM installation. I have a buddy who develops in DOSBox. I'm pretty sure I setup Amiga at one point in the RS-97 Ill check out how I configged that -- should be pretty much alike.Thanks for the well-written response!

Try WinSCP as an FTP client. Its much smaller than filezilla with no extra junk. Seems to work better too

Did not work with me. Only says: Searching for host... and then I get a message saying Network error. What did you type in? I tried 10.1.1.2 and let port be set to default number 22. It changes for every connection.
