A question I have for you. From one leader to another. How do you handle a boss when they tell you, "You're too professional at your job", in a critic way. I know you don't know the context behind it. But I didn't know how to respond to him when he said that, nor do I now

First, you’re welcome. Second, I would ask the boss to clarify with specifics so I could reflect and make adjustments. But you still need to be true to who you are at the same time.
