Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't consume battery. It's on coinmarketcap in the untracked listing. On the marketplace, there are already transactions for a value of $100 approx and when you just download the app you mine at 0.25 pis/hour. Use my code as an invitation. Walk Out Freedom, we bought our first property that was a townhouse when we had our first baby (N. Hollywood, Ca.) It was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. We slept in the master bedroom and rented the other 2 bedrooms out. After we had our second baby we refinanced the townhouse for the downpayment on our second house, a four bedroom two bath(Burbank.) We rented out the master bedroom in the back of the house that had it's own sliding door entrance. So they don't go through our house at all. We also bought two houses (Palmdale) really cheap at an auction and made them section 8 houses. A few years later added a one bedroom guest house at the back of the lot where we live in the Burbank house...It helps to DIY on remodeling and repairs, which we do to save a ton of money. Also, some contractors/handymen are some of the biggest ripoff artists out there.

While i have nothing against Graham. You should still listen to your dad. The stuff Graham is talking about takes a lot of discipline and is not easy. Also you need money to begin with in investing. Here is a tip. From day 1 of earning a salary, put 30% aside into a savings account to begin with and dont touch it. As it grows, you will gain knowledge on what to do with it. Be it stock markets, property, business, etc.
@AC-ri2ph4 жыл бұрын
Andrew the stuff you are talking about requires thinking for yourself. her taking those risks and being self aware of if she can do it or not, what happens if she fails the first time or not, are decisions she will have to make. listening to her dad on this means she will have to wait for when he’s available in the future. if she wants to get started now she’ll have to start learning on her own until he’s ready to hell her

Guess it should be disclaimed this video's specifics are arguably USA-only. You didn't mention it, but an increasing number of employers who offer the traditional (pretax) 401k route also have begun offering the Roth (post-tax) 401k option. Obviously comes down to what your future needs are (namely waiting to "retirement" age), but the obvious advantage to the Roth401k is you do a lot of your post-tax income as a payroll deduction and then end of year I decide what amounts to contribute to my Traditional (pretax) and Roth (after-tax) IRAs.. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) if your healthcare plan permits it is another route, where your contributions lower your pretax income and allow you to pay medical expenses with pretax income. Not that many folks reading youtube comments will give all this stuff much consideration, but hopefully they'll at least stop by sites like Vanguard/etc explaining these concepts.

Brah....I love HSA's. Triple tax advantaged....it's like spanking Uncle Sam's hand away 3 times over. And yeah....Roth 401/IRA is a nice option too. I'm a fan of having a nice mix of pre-taxed and post-taxed retirement funds with as little minimal required distribution as you can swing by the time you're retired. Then you get to play keep-a-way from Uncle Sam until you die. Meanwhile if you're qualified for pensions and social security during retirement, then you're set. At that point, I'd be taking my social security check to the new age casino and putting it on black on the virtual roulette table for shits and giggles.

He has a lot of videos on that specifically! You can invest online easily through things like webull and fidelity. If you'd like something more then you can get in contact with an actual broker. I like Marcus as well. But Ally is much more flexible. Ally offers a debit card with ATM fee reimbursement, investment accounts, and a phone app. I asked Marcus why they didn't offer those other user-friendly perks that Ally or other banks offer - they said that their account is meant to be a true savings account where it's not intended for you to be transferring/withdrawing money that often. They do have a point. And as long as they can offer market leading yields, I'm not complaining.

No expert here but every situation is different man. Typically, people will try to have 3-6 months of income in their Emergency savings should anything go wrong. How any non-us citizen can invest deducting taxes on some equivalent of Roth IRA/401k ?

I love your videos. But you are wrong about the 401k withdrawal date. You can withdraw your 401k without penalty as an annuity with equal annual withdrawals c as calculated based on your life expectancy. I also disagree with pushing the Roth IRA. Yes the Roth IRA has better flexibility and is good if your income is low but once you get into higher tax brackets....a Roth IRA will return lower than than an IRA or 401k if you actually run the numbers.
