Isaiah, want to remind you THP guys how valuable these video lessons of yours are. Ran into knee and low back pain in the end of 23, regressed to 312cm reach (for reference, standing reach is 239cm), then slowly graduated with weight training (carefully watched my lifting technique, just as you propagated), and today tested 328cm!!!, without knee or back pain, and still a lot of gaiiiiinz to come for my yet shitty and stiff jump technique and relatively low strength levels. Thank you guys, feeling dumber and smarter with each and every youtube of yours, still a lot of knowledge to take in from you. Among all of the jump technique things that bother me most are rhythm and penultimate push-off leg angles + penultimate push off in general, so would be infinitely glad if you covered it sometime. Also, a video of you comparing your jump technique vs Dan Gross vs CJ vs Jordan and other top guys would be super insightful!!!
