My tip for jumping higher is to walk around on your tip toes, if you walk around like that for maybe 1-2 months, it’ll increase your jump by 4-5 inches.

Thank you Dexton. After seeing this video, I followed any of your advise that you mentioned. I am 18 years old, currently standing at 5 feet 9 inches weighting 200 pounds with more or less fat percentage. Before I see this tutorial I was not able to jump higher than 8 feet 5 inches but now I am able to jump up to 9 feet which I can tell exactly because my room is exactly 9 feet from floor to ceiling. All I did was explosive squats and multiple reps of calves exercises along with a few calisthenics workout. I will not stop until I am able to jump high enough to dunk and hang on the rim and also dunk on all of my friends. Peace.

your arm span should be around 6 feet so you should be able to dunk bc the average basketball rim is 10 feet so if you can jump 9 and extend your arm up abit and then you got a dunk

When I was first training super jumps, I just had a hundred pound backpack, a mile walk home from school, and a tire swing. You can bet your soul that I sprinted for the first half mile (but only when a car was passing in the same direction as me) and stopped and jumped every eight steps the second half mile. Then I did my homework and went outside to push the tire swing and leap onto it at its peak from the ground. Got my first bird's eye view of the yard during one of my daily training sessions. Sadly, vertical leap deteriorates over time, and I haven't had the chance to keep training because we moved and don't have a tire swing. However, I jumped on it, not over it. So I don't feel comfortable jumping over very many things.
