As a personal trainer myself and someone who has learned KB Swing in depth, the content this guy is putting out is top notch! You would normally have to pay a lot for this kind of content but you are getting it for free. So you have to appreciate it guys.

Zack's videos really are a notch above. Clear, calm coaching. Thoughtful progressions. Good mix of verbal and tactile cues. Useful drills. Non-abrasive persona. Well done! My go to videos to share with new coaches on KB work.

Hey man, I don’t know if you’ll see this or not. But I just wanted to say it. Keep up the great work! There isn’t really that much Functional Training related content on the KZbin and with the quality of content you are putting out both in terms of the production quality and just the overall knowledge, you will be a big channel in no time!

I don't hip hinge at all, more of pendulum and I'm breathing opposite to this too. Oops... I've been doing it incorrectly for 18 years or so and I'm now 58! Never to late to learn. Many thanks.

This is one of the best breakdowns of the kettlebell swing I've ever seen! Quick question... Could you also share something like a progression schedule from the deadlift to the swing and all the steps in between? That way we know how many times we should be able to perform the progression steps before we continue to the next and eventually to the swing. Thank you in advance!

I see some people with straight arms at the top of the movement just like your plank demonstration. But I have seen other tutorials where the arms are relaxed. Are both correct or should elbows be locked out at the top? Thank you in advance!

Quick follow up on my comment: if I start to use this method of hip hinging and breathing for swing and snatch will be performance improve further? As a guideline, I'm hitting 200+ reps in single swing for 6 mins (I hand change only) with a 24kg and in 20kg snatch I'm hitting around 210 reps in 10 minutes also with 1 hand change (24kg around 170 to 190 reps). PS: I don't compete.
