That motor mount identified as Granny's old rocking chair! 😆 To the shadetree mechanics out there; be very careful when changing them, as the motor/transaxle will need to be supported during the swap. Floor jack, jack stands, and possibly an engine hoist/support bar might be needed. Read your Hayne's/Chilton/Bentley repair manuals for reference.

I replaced the tranny mount on my RAV4 because it was a known potential problem. It was still functional, but it was cracking so now I have peace of mind. That one was totally wasted LOL.

Would you have a recipe on how to stop a sealing rubber on a sun-roof from further deteriorating? I got a class car that spent most of its life on Hawaii, and the rubber around the sun-roof and the windscreen had already developed cracks. It appears to be still sealing well enough, but I was thinking conditioning the rubber with something could give me more time before having to replace the rubber.
