Its difficult and painful, I know because I am experiencing it now, restless nights. But you have to fight it, even though she seems perfect, keep on your journey because if you don't you will resent it in the future because if you base your life on someone else eventually you get dissatisfied and unhappy because it won't be your happiness. Remember keep on your journey the right companion will be there. There is no such thing as a perfect partner only a person who is willing to share the struggle with you. Find that person not the one who is running away from your struggles.

Strange how you go from being hurt and doubting yourself, to being thankful for the break up and loving yourself as a man. Women have many insecurities, which they tend to damage other people’s confidence, not all but most do this.. You can & will get better. It’s a lesson, not a mistake. Trust in time, use it to heal and start fresh! it’s a blessing to have another day, and no bitch should occupy your time, a real women is different to a girl. you’ll see that one day.

Don’t completely isolate yourself from the world of dating, its important to keep yourself in the flow of information that comes from it. Its only stressful because you’re more than likely investing too much of your energy into it, that energy needs to be concentrated on to yourself, with that concentration you project power and confidence, which in return attracts women effortlessly. Its very important to stay on your purpose and if you don’t know what that purpose is then start there.

Jake Logan it does get better. I went through the same 4 years ago. Got over the mother of my child. Took me two years for the obvious reasons. Having to keep dealing with her bc of our child did not help. But once you accept what you must, it all starts to get better and one can actually see things for how they are or were and moving on from that point on is easier. Be positive, strong and dedicate your time to your children. Best of luck.

As men were not so hurt by the emotional seperation. Hell there's times I wish girlfriends would tell someone else her problems. But when you start thinking of another man inside what you thought was "your" pussy. It can create an obsession. Women I think are vice versa, they're more hurt when we fall in love with someone else.

Try breaking yourself after a breakup. What I mean is people are resilient. Whatever it is you do, push 200% harder. Run further, longer and add sand, more plates to the weight, wake up earlier, go a couple mph faster into work. Pin the throttle and surf a storm. Break some rules and push your limits cause if no one else is going to be in your life to encourage you, see how far you can go yourself. Just see if you have a breaking point! If life has a breaking meter, can it be guaged? Cause you will learn if you can't break yourself than no one else can either. Your mind and thoughts will follow your trust in yourself, and your prayers will be as loud as thunderstorms. You will find new stronger friendships, and you will be a stronger friend to future relationships. Seriously works everytime.

Thank you for making this video. I just caught my gf of 12 years.....kissing her co worker. She didnt know what to say . I tried letting her go weeks before this because I had a feeling something was going on. But she kept denying it. She kept begging me to not break up with her. Now that I caught her cheating....it brings closure to me. I let her go . She did text me 1 hour later saying she was sorry and didn't know why she did it. It doesnt matter now. I'm moving on. It does hurt alot, but time heals everything.

I had the same thing happen except it was 15 years together. I caught her having an affair with her boss which was an attorney. What she doesn't know is a phone tapped the house phone lines and when you picked up any phone and the house it would start recording automatically. So after she come home from work one afternoon I started asking her just a few general questions you know how was work you have a good lunch just the regular kind of talk and she told me what she wanted me to believe. After she dug a hole and her story by herself I said I have something very interesting to tell you. I clicked on the recorder or she and her boss were talkin and she said I love you he said I love you too and that's all I had to have I put that off and she started crying. She was a beautiful young lady and sweet as could be but evidently she had that mystery creep on her that she didn't expect. It took me a couple of years to start dating and I ended up connecting with a beautiful young lady which was the vice president of one of the banks as she is incredible and it's now been almost thirty years that we've been together. Something that I were Express and tell you don't ever give up on love. Because even through the pain that it caused. I would not change it for anything. Because if it didn't hurt when you broke up it probably wasn't love.

I just got through this post. And m bound to think this happens with everyone once a while. Here am I currently being ghosted and deserted by her. We had been together for 01 long years. Now when She is independent and an established medic, she tell me one fine day that I might not understand her and she can't see our future together. It was literally a shock. I was rooting for this woman for more than a decade just to hear this. This made me heartbroken. I tried meeting with her once, but she didn't even gave me a chance to meet for at least a closure. I kept thinking of the why and how but, now I hear that she is moving on with a medic. I understand that a person from a similar profession may be your go to partner, but I wasn't a medic and she knew it the day we came into this relationship. I am still looking forward to meet her once for the closure.

I’m 59 she’s 32. Now I work out 6 days a week and have a very athletic body and look somewhat younger than 59 but I’m way too old for her. the sex is awesome and we love being with each other. I walked right into this one and should have used better judgment. I’m mourning my younger years instead of embracing my golden years. I’m like an athlete that begins to look foolish staying in the game instead of retiring. Now I’m emotionally attached and feeling a bit jealous when she talks about other men. I haven’t had these feelings in quite sometime but nothing for nothing I have to end this because she needs to date men closer to her age I just can’t seem to let her go I was so hoping I would never, ever have to go through this bullshit again , it’s so consuming Yea, I gotta get out of this before it gets to the point when she does wake up and realize I’m too old. She is very beautiful too so that makes it so hard I’m sitting here laughing at myself saying “ you stupid jerk, you knew this would happen!” Maybe I wanted it to who knows.. please wish me luck and I’m open for any advice

This video i really needed.... I feel in love with her due to her fantasy side and we think in tune together. She was the perfect girl i thought, even with her bf. Your right, I do deserve better but it take time to heal. Lastly, i hated her negative side and she confused me a lot. I will still be friends with her but will back away and destroy her safety net. I need to heal and move on and become a better person. Thanks for the video!!

I want to add a fourth tip to Apollonia's EXCELLENT advice and pointers here: Point 4: TAKE UP A NEW HOBBY. This is something I'm finding that is helping me deal with the pain (& that's an understatement) of separating from the mother of my son (I won't use the legal term that follows divorce because I no longer claim her, thus I dont verbalize ownership--another thing I've learned). Something I've always wanted to do is learn how to play a musical instrument. I find that the time and energy I put into learning that is helping me to move on.

She made me feel so good about myself--no one ever made me feel so strong and alive. But she is an alcoholic smoker who ignored me and called ex-boyfriends whenever we had even the slightest disagreement. All in all, I'm glad to be done with her. But it doesn't make it any easier during the lonely times.

I really miss her. I miss feeling special, I took things for granted, I don't blame her for how I feel now. I blame myself I promised so much to her, my alcoholism progressed, I failed to truly take notice of her concerns, boundaries, I became abusive mostly verbal but sometimes it got physical. I took away what she mostly needed her feeling of safety, stability and respect. All things I promised. I understand and admit my wrongs sadly it's to late. If you truly love someone you will do anything to make them happy. Unfortunately I let my addiction take away my beautiful, and I watched her go, now I cry for forgiveness and live with the regret of my actions and want so badly to say I'm sorry I love you.

Think of her worse qualities: i) She came with an endless trail of train whrecks including serial cheating and pathological lying with an ex bf with a restraining order, ii) Her vibe was off later to find out she was texting and going out behing my back, iii) She was a pathological liar and lacked any empathy, iv) Unable to GIVE, it was always about her seeking external validation and attention, v) She was constantly playing head games, gaslighting me, stonewalling me and giving me the silent treatment, and vi) although I helped her with everything in her life she never showed any remorse and never said "I´m sorry" for all the lies and the deceiving...in a nutshell I´m glad I was able to walk away from that narcissist piece of shit that keeps riding the cock carrousel. Me fellow men, if she is > 30 and still single chances are she is DAMAGED GOODS. I realize most women out there are definitely not worth your time and effort (and this applies also to most men).

Excellent video. One caveat ... the man should be alone because if she sees him with a rebound woman, he will never be able to get rid of his ex. If the ex sees him alone, she will get the impression that he’s desperate. But as you stated it is the time of rebuilding for the man and when he becomes whole again, he will choose the another woman

People really think that relationships are a fighting match rather than think of them as RELATIONSHIPS. Of course your gonna fail when ever single little thing that do is threatening or offensive or hurtful. Grow the heck up. LIVE a little with this person. Be happy. Be easy going. Be open. I know it's not just black and white. Be assertive. Be honest. Be real.

I hope you know that is one breakup (as gut wrenching) as it is, that you can not take personally. She didn’t reject you, she simply came to a realization of who she is while she was with you. I’m sorry bc I know nothing anyone says will take away the pain, heartbreak or memories. Please be kind to yourself and give yourself time to heal. You seem like a good guy and human being, you will attract a woman with the same caliber heart! All the best and stay safe!

We'd rather not remind ourselves of the pain. Truth be told most of us loved our women so, it doesn't make a man feel great to put a woman down, even if she is 100% to blame.
