My physical condition took a big turn for the better when I started going for 5 km walks after dinner and became a vegan. My LDL cholesterol dropped from 134 to 102 and my eGFR kidney function went from 52 to 67. I can tell that my intestines are working better during my walking exercise. There is a lot of methane being generated!

What do you say to the meta-evidence perused by Dr Michael Greger and others, suggesting that vegans fare the best overall, contrary to your views on the subject?
