In 8 months, I personally lost 30 kg of weight without losing any muscle and strength. Losing fat is incredibly easy if you know what your doing. When I lose fat, my diet is high protein, high fat and very low carb. This worked great for me. I do strength and lactic acid training, and I also do cardio 2x a week (1x HIIT and 1x steady state). If there is one advice I can give to anyone struggling to lose fat, then it is to AVOID CARBS! This keeps insulin low and improves insulin sensitivity. Eat high protein and healthy fats, especially MCTs. It is also important to include a high-carb day 1x a week to keep your energy and metabolism high and replenish depleted glycogen stores during a low carb diet. This is in my opinion the best and fastest way to lose fat without losing any muscle and strength.

I eat dry fruits and one egg in morning, go to office. Nothing till 6 pm. Drink alcohol after coming home till I get drunk. 5-6 packs with good snacks like boiled dal, rajma and chickpeas. And at age of 40 I look like 28 and have no issue with my health. Nothing will change your health. Just leave oil. Do whatever you want and u will be healthy

Hi abhinav , need some clarity on a 1600 calorie requirement , even if you do a carb back load plus 45 min of sscardio ( assuming 300-400 calorie loss per session for that weight ) your calculations to loose 10 kgs or 70,000calories does not add up , this will take more than 8 weeks , would appreciate a feedback , your diet doesnot make way for a calorie deficit which is how one looses weight in the 1st place

For 80kg body weight around 2400 calories required.... With exercise 400 to 600 calories lost... 1600 calories consumed. Deficit around 1200 to 1400. This comes nearly 70000 for 60 days.
