Been doing this twice a day for a week, lost 3 kgs. Down to 85 from 88. All I can say is WOW. (I do sneak in a few more planks and pushups during the day when I have the time). For everyone reading, do NOT give up. When you feel like giving up think of the reason you started in the first place. Also, after a week, I cant wait to start the routine every day. Good luck.

For those who wonder if it works: Im almost 28 years old, 186 cm high and 80 kg. Been in gym for almost 10 years, 15 years before in kayak flatwater sprints ... I'm doing this exercise for the past 3 weeks: 5 days / week = 3 days 1x 10 mins + different abs exercise (10 mins) in gym & 2 days of 2x 10 mins (one in the morning and one at evening). I have quite strong abs from before, specialy the upper ones, I just have some kg extra of fat layer to burn. The results are showing up after arround 2-3 weeks of regular exercises. But they are visible in muscles themselves. Fat layer is still there, maybe just a fraction thinner ... I'm adding 1h of walking soon to the daily / weekly routine ... So yeah, it does improve your abs. Loosing weight? Not sure yet, but on a loooong run I believe yes. But again you must combine with steps count raise + what you eat. Might post the progress later on, after a month or 2 :D Keep exercising and build your desired body hehe

Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months. I followed a “cyclical high fat, low carb” diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

Day 1: Gave up half way cause my abs were screaming. I couldn't do a full raise up after that. But I will definitely do this tomorrow when I am more ready. now I am laughing at myself cause once I lie down I can't get up. My abs are really hurting 😂 also don't forget to hydrate

It's my third day nothing changed but it got easier to do, I'll continue and tell you the result and you should do it if you're here, don't give up just yet it's my fourth day still nothing changed (make sure do be on a diet cause if you're not it won't help) my fifth day today I lose weight but nothing on my stomach yet (don't give up just yet)
