I want to get into fidgeting as well, I mean I’m lightly active according to MFP and I get between 10k-20k steps per day so I do quite a bit of walking at home. Strictly fidgeting…I guess that would be a bit of leg bouncing, or I’m always doing something with my hands like crocheting, playing with some little random item, that sort of thing. Another thing I want to do more of is I have 1.5 pound dumb bells that I keep on hand and I play with them. I haveheavierweightfir exercising. I also do a bit of walking on the spot (when I can get away with it.) Overall, I think the NEAT idea is brilliant, as a blind person we need to feel safe when we exercise. I would like to learn more in-depth of this concept. Thank you for sharing! Xx

I have been bouncing my legs while watching TV. I even fidget in the hottub lol. I do feel better when I fidget 💖 how many calories can I burn per hour?

Maybe find a good TDE calculator online to find your basic metabolic rate (they’re only approx, though)
