@@ambikasingh857 Hey Ambika, I read his book "Reversing Hashimoto's" that gave me little bit insight what was going wrong with me. I started implementing many things at once but it didn't work out for me. I usually experiment, what works for me and what doesn't. I try to implement as much things as possible. I can't follow a strict diet so a mix of inclusive and exclusive diet works for me. Firstly I, Excluded: Gluten, Dairy, soya products. Many things contain gluten like rava, beer etc. Included:1) Millets(mix atta of jowar, bajra and other millets) as a substitute of roti. 2) Rice 3) Almonds (good fat) 4) walnut (omega 3) 5) Rohu Fish( omega 3 and helps reducing cholesterol and dense with other nutrients) once or twice a month. 6) Brazil nuts (selenium) one piece a day. 7) Black tea in morning made with chai patti, lots of turmeric, ginger powder and fresh ginger. 8) Boiled eggs (2per day) 9) Protien Powder (Plant based pea protein) 8) Supplements of vitamin D, B12, magnesium, zinc and other micro nutrients as and when needed. I eat everything apart from what I excluded. I usually experiment a lot and I am not consistent but even with Indian diet we can achieve our goal. I believe diet is only one part of solution, next month I will experiment by incorporating yoga, mindfulness, pranayama, meditation etc. (for mental and spiritual well-being) and try diagnosing any gut related issues and will try to heal it.(for gut health). I will experiment with having, good diet + better mental & spiritual well-being + better gut health. After 3 months I will check my anti TPO levels for any improvement. My anti TPO levels already dropped from >2100 to < 120, my target is to achieve

Appreciate the doctor'a feedback, but this diet feels so unfair🥺. To cut out gluten😂, & be forced to avoid potatoes🤣. Am a vegetarian who loves all kinds beans. Seriously adore dairy (milk, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, butter, & eggs)❤. Nuts & seeds can be nice, but also be quite 💸expensive. Non-dairy milks strike me as overly sweet & costly too. Never been much for hot 🍵drinks☕️, but warm lemon🍋 water sounds possible. Turmeric doesn't strike me as tolerable. Absolutely HATE green tea. It's such a vile brew🤢. Can manage w/o sugar or sweeteners, but an absence of fruit would be challenging. Find olive oil & coconut oil quite delicious. Never tried ghee before. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)

That is ok for some I have severe IBS and some veg are intolerable to me. I.e broccoli cauliflower cabbage kale even new potatoes are becoming a problem! I also have thyroid problems and have put on loads of weight since my dosage was reduced.I exercise when I can but have osteoarthritis in my knees. I am 70.

I listened to a video about eating one meal a day. It seems ridiculous. I try to eat healthy foods. Not too many sweets. I like cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, and tomatoes together. I don’t know whether I am continuing to lose weight. Like this man said, I like fish. I do agree that protein is extremely important in the diet. I love tuna. I love avocados. If I mess up, I can always get back on track on my diet and eat more vegetables. I like a little rice. Sometimes, I mess up and eat French fries. I like French fries once a week. Maybe, keto diet will help. I heard of lemon water. It sounds yucky though. Numeric tea sounds yucky too. I believe that I had Stevia and I liked it. Why not any sugar substitute. I eat sugar free pudding. Right now, I am stuffed. I have hypothyroidism and I hope to lose a lot of weight.

Hello Dr I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism & Hashimoto’s I have been watching your videos taking the supplements contemplating to be on thyroid medication. My antibodies were 814 that indicated Hashimoto’s.. My TSH was very high and T 3 just normal. My D,B 12, other vitamins low normal. I had been on ADHD meds for years and finally stopped and went natural to help my thyroid. I also take in choline,ox bile to help my liver .. I would like to know besides the diet plan supplements medication is there a workout plan that you recommend I deal with fatigue, sore joints, and my doctor said I might also have fibromyalgia. Is there anything that you recommend as working out for less joint and muscle pain. Thank you.

Stevia is NOT sweet. It tastes very metallic and has a bitter-metallic aftertaste. Even the leaves ground up organically taste like that. I've never had monk fruit, so have no idea what that tastes like.

I do everything he listed except ,green tea (nakes me nauseated specially in the morning) and turmeric tea. I do absolutely everything else he listed and im still unable to loose weight. Ive been able to maintain it but not loosing. I also fast for 17 hrs daily and im wondering if that might be an issue. Im 20 lbs away from my ideal weight and im loosing hope

Bread has gluten in it so if you have thyroid issues, your body sees gluten as a foreign object. Your own body then attacks your thyroid. As far as sardines having mercury, they are very tiny fish. Tiny fish are extremely low in mercury. Fish like tuna are big fish so they are more exposed to mercury. I never eat tuna, but I do eat sardines.

Very useful information .... I have Hashimoto for more than 10 years and every time my TSH increases due to low dose of thyroid medication I tend to lose weight. I have other symptoms of Hashimoto - Cold intolerance, hair loss ....but i'm very underweight. I am confused why do I lose weight when everyone else tends to gain weight? Pls suggest.... if I should get any additional tests done

Dr. Izabella Wentz has Hashimotos. She said the only dairy that is okay for the thyroid is camel milk. I have never tried it though. All other dairy is not good for the thyroid.

castric bypass gastric sleeve lost the weight but after the bypass it all come bk found a element boron and that has helped me not feel hungry but stil not loose i give up and all results come bk normal it cant all be normal if i am busy not eating and just cant budge it IM NOT NORMAL its mechanical and i cant find it
