Thanks for the info ! ❤ I have high blood pressure and my A1C is in diabetic stage and I am obese. My creatinine level is hi 0.6. My Doctor told me to continue to eat health to lose weigh to reduce the risk of kidney disease. 5 weeks ago I stopped eating meat. I might eat fish here and there but not so much. I’ve just stopped eating salty foods and sweets. I hope this helps my creatinine lower and traumatically reduce the risk of kidney disease in the name of Jesus. I have to do better with my health. I want to live a long time to enjoy life with my children ❤.

This is my second video in a row I am watching of you both, and it is so reassuring! I was diagnosed with CKD5 and have changed over to a Plant Based Diet, dropped coffee, alcohol, etc. I am steadily losing weight; almost 25Lbs. The way you talk about creatinine, and magnesium. Your whole whole manner of discussing these things just makes so much sense to me. Truly thank you for what you are doing and the knowledge that you are sharing. there is a whole lot of misinformation out there. When I listen to you I feel safe and I feel that I am truly learning something without all the fluff.

If the person is not overweight, in fact underweight (104 lbs, 5 feet 3 inches), and already plant-based (low fat, low salt, no added sugar, does not eat vegan cheese or vegan processed foods), eat a high-fiber diet, and the creatine is high, what can the person do? What's causing the creatinine to be high. Does walking 1.2 miles under hot morning sun (about 75 degrees F) before the blood test, cause the test results to show high creatinine.

@EminiMagic2 жыл бұрын
I have protein in my urine as well going on for at least a decade and I get checked once per year and through my diet I have been able to maintain stage three. I owe much of my diet to these two wonderful people. Be sure your kidneys aren't creating small undetectable stones as these can cause kidneys to leak protein. Add lemon juice to your drinks and avoid spinach and anything else that contains high oxalates. Maintain normal blood pressure as best you can. Avoid anything that will spike glucose or fructose. Limit meat and protein overall and saturated fat. I learned it from these guys. There are new drugs which can also help.

There are definitely still things you can do! We would highly recommend working 1:1 with a renal dietitian because there is ALOT that can be done with diet to slow progression of CKD and improve outcomes. It is highly individualized though. Outstanding! I am seventy six and was diagnosed as a stage one kidney disease specifically that my creatinine was too high. Since then I quit alcohol entirely and have been clean for over a year. I am 75 inches tall at 195 pounds. Six mornings I run which was extremely hard for me to learn again since I had developed a curved spine which I am doing the specialized exercises for which are helping check it out kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKTOqKOJh72HqKM and I lift weights three days a week. But my question is as you probably know there is a whole gang of people who are saying: "oh, no, no, no don't ever do intensive workouts as it will make your creatinine levels go up." So my question is does it? I'm having a blood test in two days and I'm a little nervous about it even though I am an OMAD and on a Keto diet and only eat three hamburger patties twice a week along with eggs and fish and a lot of blue berries, raspberries, black berries, watermelon, and cantaloupe! I also take for supplements Turmeric and Berberine.
