Nicely done, a drum sander would make short work of your sanding process. 5 minutes vs however long it took with an orbital sander.

Great flag. I made your smaller version where you carve out the stars for my wifes grandfather who is a retired army vet and he loved it. I'm wondering if you do any other countries flag? He's Mexican American and has a sticker with both flags. I would love trying to make one with both flags combined. Any pointers? Seems difficult. Thanks keep up the good work.
