Now if you left the tomatoes off and put chopped onions on it, I would call it a BIG MAC BURRITO. You just made a great cheesy burrito and I can not wait to make one of these. Gina, let me preface this with “I love u and I love to follow ur recipes”. U r an amazing, simple recipe cook. My question is, why r u using that single wrap “cheese” which isn’t really cheese. Why not use a good deli cut cheese? We eat far to much processed foods which r killing us. Carry on.

Only thing was missing Gina was the onions.. I know you always say that you cry or your eyes get watery when you chop onions but I got a remedy for you..lol You know the lids you use on your frying pans?? Grab a hoodie put the frying pan lid over your face pull the Hat of the hoodie over the lid and pull the strings real tight and Wallah you will not smell the onions No More Tears.. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
